Haven’t posted in 12 days because as I was going through my photos, I couldn’t get this one out of my mind. Hesitated to post it...I didn’t want a pity party. But aside from sexy photos, on this platform it is good to share from time to time experiences that others can relate to & maybe help prevent. October is domestic violence awareness month.....This photo is unedited. You can see on my leg a large healing bruise. In my home a friendly visit turned into a friend picking me up & pushing me onto the bed in my room. As he picked me up, my leg hit into my dresser and slid across my thigh as he pushed. He whispered in my ear “you know you want this”. Another time with a separate person I was pushed onto a bed face down with my arm held behind my back and as I yelled for him to get off he said “Doesn’t this feel good, come on it’s hot”. Won’t go into details of the end of those stories as I said I don’t want to pity party. At 98lbs I felt strong at times but mostly feel weak & fragile. The sad part about these events is I feel fine for the most part afterwards. I still feel numb, desensitized. Because I knew this wouldn’t be the last time something like this would happen. Women face all kinds of abuse several times in their lifetime. It can start with a catcall followed by disrespectful remarks after. It can lead to being followed while heading home. Can happen in your own home. Can happen in public. Walking home from school I’ve had men say “I would break her”. Referring to how tiny I am and how they would fuck me. If you have a daughter one day it is possible she will hear similar things. I blame parents mostly for not teaching their children better on how to treat each other. And morals. Been choked before. Punched, kicked, thrown across a room. Pushed to the ground. Home broken into, attacked with a knife, doors broken down. These were all different men. No one deserves it. No matter how they look. How they express themself. How tiny or big they are. To the people that went through domestic abuse-you may still have nightmares. However you have courage.
