godamit, i fell asleep and missed gym time ;_;
overall the day went pretty well. Sticked to clean eating, drank my water...missed the gym though
I'm going to weight myself everyday if possible.
Weight this morning was 83,8 kg.
Breakfast this morning: Cup of coffee and wilk with a slice of papaya.
and curently fighting with my water bottle haha
Morning is almost over, which is a good thing...next challenge, go through the rest of the day which is always the hardest part for me...And at 6pm body pump. I'm also planning on going to support group at 7pm, although it makes me a little nervous.
Looked at some of the photos from my day out yesterday and I can’t beleive how far I’ve come! 4st lost, healthy for life achieved. So happy! :D

I have a wedding coming up in exactly a month and a week long trip in 2 months. I know I shouldn't only work hard because of this but I really need some motivation and I think this will help. I'm going to start keeping track of things again tomorrow, just decided tonight haha
So the plan is to attend body pump classes 3 times a week and body combat 2 times a week...I'll see what work out I can fit in my weekends. Also, clean diet of course and at least my 2 lts of water/day.
Gosh why is it so hard to do what I know I have to do?!?! I'm such a lazy ass...

So today it hit me. I have father issues. And i think it is ruinning my life
Haven't written in here in a while!
Today I had a bit of a panic attack over some school stuff and decided to go for a walk before i exploded and when i got to the park i decided i was gonna run. So I did, on and off. This is huge for me. I was never able to run before because i always felt my body very heavy and ran out of breath so quickly. I've been doing body pump since january and I feel it has changed me so much. I haven't lost that much weight this past month but i see huge changes in my body and now that i have tried running and succeded for the first time ever I can say I'm happy with myself hahaha
well, i have lots to study now. Just wanted to write something down.

I wanted to ask you’re advice, since I don’t know how to do so privately, this is the means I’ve come to. I was wondering if this would be a sufficient workout 5days a week. It does build up a sweat, I do enjoy it, it’s versatile, and there are things I still am no good at. I’m just concerned that my body will get used to it. I’m just trying to get back into a steady schedule. What do you think? Please and thank you
I think that looks great! And as you get stronger you can move even faster! I would change the march in place to a jog in place when you get a but stronger too 8)

Not as expected.
Exams yesterday didn't go well :( so it turns out i have to retake them on the 23rd...which means I have to pospone every plan I had for the next 20 days. I'm so angry. I had so many things I needed to do, so many plans, so many things to get done before my trip on the 25th. Now I'll have to half-do everything because I still have to study. ugh, so annoyed right now.
Summer plan.
I am going to work as a volunteer at the zoo (hopefully start next week) andi can't wait. I am so excited and 2 baby tigers were born 2 weeks ago and aaaaaah i can't wait to meed them! i saw a picture of them on fb today with the zoo manager and gosh they are the most adorable thing in the world!!
Tonight is my brother's graduation party and I decided to wear the same dress I wore to my friend's wedding last May. I have lost 20 lbs since then. 20 sounds like such a big number to me when I read other people dropped that but I struggle to see any difference in my body and it brings me down a little bit, specially today that I'm goingto be in front of a lot of people and I just feel so huge.
I have been told by one of my friends that I am always criticizingmyself, that I'm too hard on myself and that I see things that no one else really notices or cares about and just crush myself over it. And he is a little right I guess. So my first 2014 resolution is to be less hard on myself haha but I guess I can start now.
Last week I had to send this dress to the dressmaker to have it fit to my body again because it had actually gotten too big. So I guess you could say that what you see to the right is a different dress now. Also I think I look a little less wide now, and a little less pregnant haha I remember I hated that left picture because I looked pregnant. Well, now I finally think I don't look pregnant anymore.
Also, excuse the messy hair, i'm going to get it done this afternoon haha
I am having a really hard time sticking to healthy habits now, I have stopped working out for the past 2 weeks and finals are stressing me out. Hopefully I can at least not gain any weight until I can take better care of myself again.
Well, I just wanted to document this, it's kind of important for me, I've never had to make old clothes smaller before. And as much as it makes me happy, i still have so much left to lose ;_; but I will get this done. I swear.
I went all out on the “sexy men in red staring you down and cheering you on” look this year.
