Thank you anon <3!!! I am indeed doing well, summer vacation is about to end in a few weeks but I've been enjoying the downtime.

As mentioned before I started playing Star Rail, my brother got me to watch Trigun Stampede (great show if you don't mind the violence), I got my brother to play pokemon scarlet for the first time, i started playing stardew valley and minecraft for the first time in a while, and I went to my first concert!

So yeah your local Shepard has been getting plenty of enrichment shshdysh

As a bit of an update I haven't been watching hermitcraft in a GOOD while so I'm not planning on writing over here for the time being (we'll see how I feel when the next season starts up lol). I'm currently waist deep in a few other fandoms atm (Honkai Star Rail specifically, fell in love with that game) but yeah- I still love y'all and it's great to see people still kicking around

You handle wolves, earning a few bites/scratches in the process across the years you've been doing it so imagine a yandere just noticing those scars- sheer panic and worry

But yeah I can vibe with this. Wolves are by no means a safe animal to handle. Although once you bond yourself to a pack they can be pretty friendly, it does not negate the riskier situations you tend to put yourself in. You have more than your fair share of battle scars.

Your love interest (or yandere) of choice finds out sooner or later- it's not like you're trying to hide it after all. And depending on the person you have in mind their reaction can vary wildly. They may think you're the toughest, coolest damn person they've ever met, or they may think you're a careless idiot who needs someone to keep on eye on you.

yandere red king <3 he would be v possessive of u, especially if ur in the red army as well ! he would be with u at all times, often saying that he just wants to "protect" u from the sand hippies but most know the truth

he obsesses over u during every waking moment n if hes not near u he freaks n gets nervous

It may not entirely be his fault, (besides the fact that he takes it quiet too far) y'all live in a very hostile environment. Perhaps that's why you wanted to be in his Red Army, to prove you can protect him and yourself.

Yet his mind ain't exactly stable, and all he can focus on is the fact that you get in danger more often. All he wants is to protect you, keep you safe, keep an eye on his loved one. On the surface it's not an immediate red flag as long as you ignore that he's taking it to it's logical extreme

Hi! This is abit of a weird question but will you write more of ieskai!reader in origin smp?? I loved it so much and would love to see more it! You truly wrote a masterpiece!

Anyways prolonged ansence aside- not a weird question at all! While I'm not planning on properly writing any full fics at the moment, you sent this at the very same moment I was having a nostalgia trip looking at my old posts and discord convos. So I'm happy to at least drop some small thoughts right here for the time being.

You talk about earth a whole lot. And honestly, they are happy to tell you how wacky your home is since you constantly frame it as being "non-magic and much more grounded than it is here"

Niki loves listening to you rant about how cool (and terrifying) earth's aquatic life is

Like really, you lived in a world with eels that can produce electricity, whales that can be over 100 feet long, snails that have enough venom in them to take down up to 700 people, octopus with human-comparable intelligence, and you have the audacity to call guardians freaky? It's just kind of funny

Most of them have some interest in your knowledge of space and the history of human space exploration. Scott especially for obvious reasons. Although they find all the talk around aliens strange because 1: Scott is right there, and 2: they are pretty damn comfortable with the idea of other dimensions

The thought of people straping themselves in gaint metal tubes and launching them into the sky is entertaining though

I imagine you try to make equipment and tools to combat all their hybrid weaknesses.

You sew up some cloaks and umbrellas for those weak to the sun or rain, or put a gaint fish tank on wheels and cart Niki around like a kid with a toy wagon

I don't know, I just got some cuter slice-of-life shenanigans in my head for these guys.

A king is only as strong as his subjects are. His throne rests upon the shoulders of those who put him on it. He had his advisors to support him, and among them was you.

You had there through it all, the first to join the court after he had been crowned by Bdubs. At his side, advising him, taking care of things he couldn’t, being his loyal knight. Things were peaceful, and he considered himself a kind and benevolent king.

Then, things began to get complicated. Money troubles, disobedient subjects, whispers of treason. So he came down with rules, but those unfortunately backfired. Rebellions began building right under him. Even his own court of advisors- it was then he realized how alone he was.

And here he was, sitting on his throne in an empty hall. On the other side, was you. His loyal knight.

“Ren,” You started. “Give it up. You can’t keep this up forever.”

‘Abdicate your crown.’ That’s what you wanted to say. He could tell by the pitiful way you looked at him. Really? Even you? Even you would agree with the folly of others? Deny him the rights and powers that has been given to him?

For a second, he’s somewhere else. A place where the sent of iron is thick and everything is monochrome, except for the bright searing red. A place where someone is is beside him to the very end. The crown sits heavy on his head, like a ball and chain of a prisoner. The difference is, he lacks an army. He no longer has a hand to help him.

He was gone, and now you’ll leave too. You’re going to leave him. You’re going to be like the rest of the court and betray him. Overthrow him. Maybe even kill him given the chance! Something breaks within him.

Given the chance? No, any good king doesn’t let chances be taken.

“Hey- what are you-?!” He blinks and he’s right there in front of you, so lost in thought that he didn’t realize he was moving towards you. He doesn’t pay mind to your struggling as he pulls you along, nor does he realize the warm liquid on his hands is your blood from how hard his claws is digging into your skin. You’re coming back with him and you are going to sit and stay like a good dog.

A king is as only strong as his subjects faith. What would he be without you?

ok, so i saw the isekai hermitcraft thing and i almost instantly thought about what it would be like when the new season starts. like would you have to join the new server or would it be all angsty and stuff when u get left behind?? idk just a funky thing to think about :]

OoOOOOo okay so imma talk about both possibilities (no yanderes this time-)

Option one, this strange universe still refuses to recognize you as one of its own. The hermits told you that they would starting a new "season", maybe a fresh world would even get them the knowledge they need to find you a ticket back home! It sounded great. And so they went. But here you are, alone, terrified, and the most hopeless you have ever been.

The more hopeful option, they find a way to drag you along. All things considered it went okay. You're in a lot more danger since everything is much more a threat to everyone, even the hermits that are trying to keep you alive. But all things considered your enjoying the good mood everyone is in. You can feel wonder of exploration and the breathe of fresh air they see this as. It's nice, you kind of feel like you belong here. Kind of, but it's pretty close

hermitcraft isekai plot, but you remain entirely human. cant use an inventory, cant use armour because it’s too heavy etc etc. life is a bit of a nightmare, and you offhandedly make a comment to a hermit, who replies “just ask x to change your code!” and he does! he changes a lot: you can wear armour, you can heal from food, you have an inventory, you can punch blocks without hurting. more and more changes were added to you.

but then, after a long time of researching how to get home, you can’t walk into the portal back to earth. why? because you’re mostly code now. the portal doesn’t recognize you as a human. you traded bits of your very humanity for ease in this world, and now you’re paying the price. you’re stuck forever, just as they planned. the hermits knew this would happen from the start.

They knew that you would be happy to accept the change. Frankly you were having a terrible time not being able to do much of anything. It's such an easy offer to agree to, it looks like there's no downsides!

But then you try to go home. Even after you became a player they still kept working on getting the portal back open for you. (Wouldn't want to you to suspect anything, now would they?) And when you discovered that you're no longer technically human?

You beg for X to change you back. A couple of "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do"s later and you're devastated. Well at least they're here to comfort you, cheer you up, get you used to your permanent residence

if they're not your soulmate, they're devastated. how could they not be? how could the universe not recognize that you're meant to be together? they're in denial for the longest time.

if they are your soulmate, oh boy. recognition from the universe itself makes them spiral so much further. if the universe says you're meant to be together, then you're meant to be together forever, right? so why do you keep trying to run away?

Oh yanderes is soulmate aus in general are always gonna be a interesting concept

There's only one thing worse than the realization that you're not their soulmate, and it would be that you're happy with yours. It's wrong, it's wrong, it's wrong! You can't be in love with them, you just can't. You have to be lying to yourself, or- or trying to make them jealous! You can't be happy with your "soulmate" not when you're supposed to be with them.

Oh as soon as they confirm that the universe itself has pared you up they are over the godamn moon. Of course your soulmates! Why are you so confused and nervous. Like the sky and sea your just ment to be with eachother. Oh don't you worry darling, now that they have such concrete proof of your destined love you don't have to worry ever again. You'll never be apart again

SOFT TIME

hc that wolf hybrid!ren makes you wear at least one item of his clothing and rubs his face all over you to make you smell like him. it doesn't matter if literally no one else can sense it, it just makes him happy

It's a strange and oddly sweet habit. The idea that anyone else with his level of smell can tell that you're partners is appealing on a very deep level. Like a promise ring, bonus points since it's literally his clothes. He revels in the thought that you're showing him off.

Extra super bonus points if you give him something of yours in turn. It's a mutual "You're mine just like I'm yours" type of (moderate, healthy) possessiveness. It's also very comforting for him, to constantly have a piece of you with him in case he gets a bit lonely. As puppy dogs tend to do.

He just loves you a whole lot and smell is a fairly important part of wolf hybrid culture and biology. Not to mention how much he appreciates that his dearest is trying to speak his language

i was watching some horror movies with these eldrich horrors and things and i was obligated to make a yandere situation out of it because i am down terrible.

it was a simple enough premise: you and your friends go into an abandoned house for a bit of fun, see what could be in there, a quick in and out never to be spoken again. you know, like a bunch of idiots. instead, you're running from something you could have never imagined to exist.

they're chasing you, stained with the blood of your friends. and both of you know you don't stand a chance against them. your breath comes in pants as they chase you with inhuman speed. the corridors start to look the same, becoming disorientated as you try to run. they keep getting closer and closer, and you've run right into a dead end. you both know you're done for, and they slow down and smugly walk towards you, calmly raising their bloodstained hands.

but something makes them stop for a brief moment, looking intensely at you. they seem to make up their mind, catching your wrist and pulling you towards them. you close your eyes, waiting for a deadly blow that never comes.

instead, you feel an arm around your waist and your eyes shoot open in surprise to look at them. they hum, almost a purr of satisfaction, and it seems so... loving. so intimate. so different from their previous bloodthirsty nature that you can't help but feel a sense of dread. what the hell have you gotten yourself into?

This doesn't have to be eldritch, just any character sufficiently monstrous and scary enough. I am all for this

For a split second you almost felt safe. Being held, hearing the alien purr. It was probably just the adrenaline calming down, but you knew you were still in danger. Probably even more than before, but whatever it was seemed to not want to hurt you. For now at least, it might be a good chance to find some weakness ir a chance to escape if you're feeling bold enough. Not like you have a chance of fighting it at this point
