"Right." Book willed himself not to grin in that awful way that you sometimes did when you caught someone in a lie. Not that he particularly cared if Mal wanted to sift through Inara's things, but he did get some amusement out of the obviously awkward feelings he'd just put Mal through. Did that make him a terrible person? "Right to do that, though," Book said with some thought. "These things are better out of Jayne's hands, I'm sure. Have you talked to Inara?"
