Cancer tactics
If a cancer (personal placements) likes you or wants to get to know you better they’ll get touchy. Not handsy!!! But touchy. Like touching your elbow gently when asking you a question. Or a gentle hand on your back when guiding you someone where. But also they’ll check up on you. Like probably get a “Hey how are you” text in the middle of the day or a “Thought about you today, how’s it going?” They might walk you home, to your car, to the door. They’ll be polite ya know. They even try to help you with stuff basically to show you that they are good for you. Like maybe with hw or cooking or cleaning. Or fixing stuff for you. They’ll listen when you vent to them. They’ll be shy no doubt to actually ask you out on a date date but they’ll hangs with your friends even ask your friends about you lol. If they haven’t said anything they are probably trying to figure you out from a far but if they start asking questions then you’re moving forward to the other stuff i mentioned. Because yeah they are still trying to figure you out but now they are talking to you! Cancers are cuties
I installed a ‘Relationship Saving Station’ at Ikea to help keep couples from fighting.
What to do if you suddenly find yourself homeless
FOOD
Find your nearest food bank or mission, for food
grocery stores with free samples, bakeries + stores with day-old bread
different fast food outlets have cheaper food and will generally let you hang out for a while.
some dollar stores carry food like cans of beans or fruit
SHELTER
Sleeping at beaches during the day is a good way to avoid suspicion and harassment
sleep with your bag strapped to you, so someone can’t steal it
Some churches offer short term residence
Find your nearest homeless shelter
Look for places that are open to the public
A large dumpster near a wall can often be moved so that flipping up the lids creates an angled shelter to stay dry
HYGIENE
A membership to the YMCA is usually only 10$, which has a shower, and sometimes laundry machines and lockers.
Public libraries have bathrooms you can use
Dollar stores carry low-end soaps and deodorant etc.
Wet wipes are all purpose and a life saver
Local beaches, go for a quick swim
Some truck stops have showers you can pay for
Staying clean is the best way to prevent disease, and potentially get a job to get back on your feet
Pack 7 pairs of socks/undies, 2 outfits, and one hooded rain jacket
OTHER
first aid kit
sunscreen
a travel alarm clock or watch
mylar emergency blanket
a backpack is a must
downgrade your cellphone to a pay as you go with top-up cards
sleeping bag
travel kit of toothbrush, hair brush/comb, mirror
swiss army knife
can opener

im so glad fans are gay
Θέλω να κάτσω ένα βράδυ με κάποιον σε μια ταράτσα και να μιλάμε για τον κόσμο, απλά να μιλάμε μέχρι να ξημερώσει.
I have no more fight in me when it comes to friendships and relationships… if you want to go, go.
It occurred to me recently that your average hospital is filled with so many great people, that it’s often hard to tell them apart. So here’s a handy guide to some of the people you’ll meet in hospital. Today’s team is… the therapists!
I’d of course like to write much more about what these amazing people do, and how great they are, but my comic is wordy enough as it is. Needless to say, hospital wouldn’t be the same without them.
How much time has passed… ?

This is too ridiculous not to reblog.
1) the music 2) how does the person in there even see? 3) also skating over its own tail 4) how is NO ONE on the ice fazed by this at all? 5) skating over its own tail 6) also is it hot in there? 7) there is a freaking T-Rex on the ice- how is no one staring?
8) going so fast the head tips right back so it looks like it’s permanently screaming
“Hullo, Tink,” cried the wondering boys. Tink’s reply rang out: “Peter wants you to shoot the Wendy.” It was not in their nature to question when Peter ordered. “Let us do what Peter wishes,” cried the simple boys… - J.M Barrie, “Peter and Wendy”
While we were waiting for the World of Color to come on, I asked my fiance, as a joke, “If you were a Disney princess, who would you be?”
He thought for a very long time, and answered back with all seriousness: “Tinkerbell.”
I was slightly taken aback. “Why?”
The reasons were fourfold: 1. She is second in command to the Lost Boys, and can order them when Pan is away, 2. Has magical powers, 3. She can fly, 4. and can grant flight to others.
And it was then it hit me how incredibly powerful Tinkerbell was, but she was always depicted as the short skirted jealous little fairy. What bothers me is that I never really noticed this until my fiance pointed out why he liked her.
So here she is, commanding the Lost Boys, and the second piece in my Disney Women series.
