Lessons from the Life of the Prophets

Prophet Musa (AS)

“They said: ‘Never will we prefer you (O Pharaoh) to the clear proofs (miracles) that have come to us, and to Him Who created us! Decree then whatever you desire to decree, for you may decree only about the life of this world.” - 20:72

Maulana Asad Jafri: This series follows the life of Prophet Musa (AS) as mentioned in different chapters of the Holy Quran and Hadith Books (e.g., Bihar al-Anwar). After Prophet Musa’s (as) first encounter with the Pharaoh after 10 long years, the Pharaoh sets up a grand festival (the Day of Adornment) to humilate Prophet Musa (as) in front of the Egyptians.
