I wish there's a more HD scan out there because I want to read what the speech bubbles say, but there aren't any. This is about as good as it gets. I managed to read some but, there's some words that are so small I'm not fully certain I got the translation right.

To my understanding, these are just cute words from the girls offering chocolates to you, the Shōnen Jump reader. Would be helpful if I can read the box in the corner there, since it looks like it has more details, but I can't.

"Soulful words" = kotodama

I believe that contextually the "kotodama" (what the girls are saying) are just intended to mean "very meaningful words from the heart" rather than something actually mystical.

TCB already posted their translation so I'll just post commentary on the latest chapter. I only do translation, I don't do cleaning and editing so I don't think you want to see my shitty version.

The Elbaph ancient scripture "Haley" (ハーレイ) could be a reference to Háleygjatal (ハーレイギャタル):

Sakazuki and Borsalino being "monster first wave" is confirmed canon in the Vivre Card, so this old note from Film Z is probably canon too.

Kuzan is "third wave" because he comes in 2 years after Sakazuki and Borsalino. There's probably a "second wave" between them whose members we don't know yet.
