Are you aware that you have shifted? And are you always aware?
Yes and yes. It feels 100% real and you have all pf your five senses there. You can feel, taste, touch, see and hear just like you can in this reality. It’s not like a dream where it’s just a huge fuzz and you forget everything three seconds after you wake up.
Can you script that you return to your CR after a particular amount of time?
How wide can your time gap be?
Your time gap can be as wide as you want, although, I don’t recommend it at all. You can feel very tired and out of touch with time. I recommend shorter time gaps like (CR:DR): 1:2 weeks, 1:60 minutes.
I’m personally doing 1 hour in my CR is 1 week in my DR; it’s not that suitable, but eh.
Is there a minimum requirement?
How do you get back? Can you shift back early/whenever you want to?
You can simply affirm that you are returning to your CR! And yes, you can shift back whenever you want to. Alternatively, you can also use a safe-word or safe-action which is just a specialised action/word you can use to get back.
For example, my safeword is Jumanji. When I say my safeword, I will return back.
Sometimes you can shift back accidentally. But don’t be discouraged!
Can you fail to shift back?
No, you cannot get stuck at all.
Is it as difficult to get back as it is to actually shift?
Nope. Your conscious is adapted to your CR so it can easily get back.
What if you forget to script immortality and die in your DR?
You’ll simply just return to this reality. Your conscious is essentially all of these realities branching into what makes your mind up. Your conscious is expanded over so many times and places that you literally cannot die.
What happens to your DR self? Can you return to that DR?
Your DR self is dead, but you can rescript your DR so you can come back to life, or come back as a ghost or whatever tickles your fancy.
You’re essentially correct, it varies depending on the person.
Does scripting certain things drain you more?
Nope! When it comes to your script, you’re not “adding” anything new into your DR, you’re specifying which reality you’re entering. So it would drain you the same as if you had scripted less, or nothing at all — because your conscious is the one doing the work.
How long does it take to recover? What about on average?
Just like the hugeness of the drain, recovery varies for others too. But breaks are generally agreed by the community to be around 1~3 days, but you can rest longer if you’d like.
It’s helpful to be in a good headspace before shifting. A bad headspace will make you more prone to doubts and making yourself just not believe in yourself.
In essence, and indication of recovery is if you just... don’t feel tired. Because let’s not forget... you literally moved your consciousness and entire awareness to another plane of existence.
