How to actually experince the Void State?
Hey yall. i wasnt in a place where i could prep posts, i was away abroad, didn't take my pc with me, and I was way too exasperated and all, but after a few days here we are. Yea, how to actually experience the void state? imma try to clarify with my own opinions and knowledge. You're free to disagree/ add more info.
Now, when you start looking for "a single formula that guarantees results and works flawlessly!!!" ,youre actually falling into the mental trap (y'all, mental trap is real. That's why you "can't" enter the void and get desperate. 😃😃) that makes the process way more difficult. striving, and constantly checking, "ughhh did it work?" THE void state, as the name suggests, is a state of emptiness. This emptiness is not ''entered'' (or experienced, wahtever u want to call it), by "doing" (means effort) something, but by ceasing to do, control, and think about everything (to use the philosophy of the loa, by knowing that desire has already been fulfilled and ceasing to search for it).
(Yea i remember suggesting this, but it wasnt for void state it was for staying awake so dont even mention that.) Listening to podcasts or counting your breaths are great anchors for keeping your mind focused on the room while experiencing sleep paralysis or WILD. But when the goal is ''achieved'', when the body is completely locked up u need to cut (cut the focus to) that anchor. Youll ask me ''but helene, how???'' The moment you feel your body becoming heavy and numb, it's better off if you try to stop focusing on the background noise, the shapes in the darkness, or the feeling of the bed. If ur mind still analyzing, thinking, "ah, whats on that podcast?" or "jeez think im paralyzed right now," you remain anchored to 3D reality. (aka physical reality.) you gotta completely release yourself when that moment comes, as if u were letting yourself fall from the top of a building or sinking to the bottom of the ocean. Stop analyzing, just fall. alrigh?
In the void, there is no a name, no physical form, no age, no room, no past, and no future. Only the fact that "you exist" remains. During that transitional phase when the body falls asleep (aka the hypnagogic phase), let only the feeling of "i am" pass through ur mind. Try to forget that youre a human being, that youre lying in bed, assume that you are merely a point of awareness floating in emptiness. Repeat these affirmations continuously and monotonously to yourself, without thinking about them, like a lullaby, or a mantra, "there is nothing here, i am nothing, only my consciousness." The biggest, BIGGEST fucking ''obstacle'' to entering the void is the mind constantly checking from behind like "oof did i get in? Ahha, i think i did! Lemme see if the darkness has deepened????" The moment you check, your ego and analytical brain take over this is the exact opposite of the void. You should have no expectations at the moment of entry. Instead of "trying to enter" the void, you should assume that it is already there. When you mentally reach it, a wave of silence suddenly erupts, and everything darkens. At that moment, you don't need to ask "did it happen?", you already know. 😵💫
Aaaand, how to not fall asleep. Big question. Normally, to fall asleep, to ''focus'', you leave your mind blank. For void, however,, you need to put your body to sleep while keeping your mind on the edge. I'll try to list some of the ''techniques'', u can choose one of them kike in my previous posts. Mental looping (ACTUALLY reminded me of one of these ancient teachings but i dont recall the name). If u just count 1, 2, 3, 4... your brain will find it monotonous and fall asleep. try to insert words in it like (i think ive already suggested this for an adhd person to prevent boredom and dozing off) "1, im in void…2, im in void…3, im in void…" or repeat your intention with each count. This keeps ur brain wakeful n alert. Orrr, imagine a hella simple, geometric shape in the darkness in front of you (for ex, a glowing blue sphere). Watch that sphere rotate, grow, and shrink. Focusing ur mind on this single point blocks the signals lead to dreaming (like drifting off). and lastly, you drift off to sleep, bizarre images start flashing before your eyes (hypnagogique state) and the sound of the podcast in the background changes. That's the moment of drifting off. Well, try not to get caught up in those images, observe from the outside like a movie. Say to yourself, "yea, my brain has just started producing dreams, im watching it."
Well, what i suggest?
Make ur room dim. If ur comitting this during morning, do it pretty dark. (cause, ofc, don't let morning light trigger cortisol release). Lie flat on your back (supine position again our helper). Turn on that monotonous podcast in the background and keep the volume at the limit. Close ur eyes and start practicing the sleep defying tactic you chose above. After a while, your body will sense sleepiness and test you like, (just like the sleep paralysis sympyoms) your nose will itch, you'll want to swallow, your leg will twitch. Try not to move, (I'm not gonna say NEVERRR, normally while active shifting, you can. dont stress yourself. but you gotta stay non distracted.) don't even open your eyes. Watch those urges like a cloud and let them pass!!! Once ur body passes ''the tests'', it gives up. You will feel your body incredibly heavy, numb, or as if you are sinking into the bed. You may experience a ringing, buzzing, or a wave of vibrations in ur ears. Congratsss, your body has fallen asleep and the paralysis mechanism has kicked in. THE breaking point. The moment youre sure your bodys locked, completely abandon your tactic of not falling asleep and listening to the podcast in the background. You no longer have any connection with that sound, that body, or that room.
Completely let yourself fall freely backward, (mentally, lmao) into that endless dark void in front of ur eyes. Completely stop analyzing, stop thinking, "yo did it happen?" Just savor the feeling of falling. Followin the feeling of falling, everything will suddenly cut off like a knife. The sound of the podcast (or anyhting else, whatever u were listening to) will fade away to the point of being inaudible or disappear completely. Youll feel an immense silence, weightlessness, and profound peace. You have no body, youre not lying in a bed, youre just pure consciousness. You are the Void. Once you reach the void, there is no doubt left. Since all resistance from the physical world is neutralized, apply LOA in its purest form, merely assume that ur desire has already been fulfilled, or that youre in the reality you wish to shift to, and remain in that feeling. Is it okay if I dont care about my CR? Like obviously I will do what I need to do and keep up my responsibilities until I permashift but I realized after trying the list method that even if I manifested everything I wanted here, I still would want to permashift. So isn't it the best choice to just skip to shifting?
Fuck The Old Story: Don't Feel Loyal to the "CR."
-> Know I don't fuck with the whole "cr (current reality)" "or (original reality)" labels that came out of shifttok. Your DR (desired reality) becomes your CR the moment you shift. If you're currently there, it's your current reality. OR ain't real, there is no original.
You don't owe loyalty to one specific reality. Out of infinite, there is no origin reality to stay loyal to or continuously return to. There is no starting point or starting reality to keep relying on. That's contradictory to what infinity means. Forever, no beginning or end to it. People still (consciously or unconsciously) think it's a dream that they have to keep waking up from. It stemmed from early shifttok: "what if i get stuck? what if i can't wake up and return?" <- they're convinced it's not real and that this is the only real one and "original" to return to. They think if they stay for good, it's the equivalent of being stuck in a dream or coma. No joke. This is their connotation with shifting, so they fear the topic of permashifting or respawning.
NOT! It is not a dream or anything to keep being loyal to as if it's the center piece of the entire universe. all realities are equivalent in value and how real they are.
leave realities behind that you don't resonate with. when i manifest my desires, it shifts me to realities where I have them. i don't "shift back" to the reality where i didn't have them because of some weird loyalty towards one reality. I permashift with every manifestation and never look back. my DR self has responsibilities, and I (god/awareness) came back to experience life as Oraceste again because I CHOSE to. I love Oraceste and I love the specific realities where Oraceste is living her dream life. My DR self is still living life without my awareness of her. She has chores whether I (God) shifted there to experience her doing them. She's doing just fine without my awareness there with her. She's okay. She's fine. I know her well enough and I know reality well enough to where I know she doesn't notice a difference in whether I shifted or not. Same with Oraceste, when I shift back, nothing's new. Life just continues and I have memories of things that happened when I (God) was technically not there to experience it. It is SO natural and no one was harmed in me leaving and returning. Neither Oraceste or my DR self noticed or were negatively impacted, and your human won't be either if you decide to shift for good. It's that natural. The human being who typed this to me (Oraceste) will still exist and live life while you as God are completely in another reality and it's none of your baggage to carry if you're done with it. Time does not stop, nor do those other lives stop because you moved your awareness away from them. The universe CONTINUES ON and you are not the martyr we need to fall on the sword. Don't feel bad for not caring. It's not your obligation.
you go shift to the reality where it's easier.
you ain't got shit to worry about, God. it's your move. life aint for all that unnecessary struggle, dont let em tell you it is.

friendly reminder that you’re meant to shift. i genuinely mean that. you’re meant to experience your dr and whatever comes with it. because if it weren’t meant for you, you wouldn’t be thinking about it. you wouldn’t keep coming back to it. in fact, you wouldn’t even know about shifting. but you do. and because you do, it’s proof that it’s within your field of potential. and even if you’ve had your ups and downs, you’re still trying. and that means something. it means that you, deep down, know you’re capable. once you shift, your past attempts won’t even matter anymore. you’d be so focused on the fact that you finally shifted, that every failure and disappointment just fades away like smoke. and this is something you’re going to experience. i promise you that. don’t give up on something you think about every day.

for the longest time, I couldn't grasp how to participate in the 3D without feeling as though I was invalidating or preventing my manifestations. I'm not gonna lie, this was most likely my autism skewing my view.

I've met many people in my life, some nice, others not so nice, and even people others might call "evil." But you know what else I've witnessed? People who have changed. Change is possible, and your past doesn't define you as a person. The opinions of others don't define you either. What defines you are your actions and who you really want to be.
You deserve everything you want. You deserve happiness, the best life you can imagine, love, and the freedom to pursue your dreams. And what do you have to do to earn it? Nothing at all.
I've seen plenty of cases to back this up, and I can tell you this: everyone deserves happiness. In my opinion, it's even above everything else. Happiness is, in a way, your birthright, and anything extra you do to enhance it is a bonus.
Your subconscious wants nothing but the best for you, all the positive things life can offer. You don't have to earn it. You don't have to earn shifting. You don't have to do shadow work every day, drink gallons of water, listen to subliminals, or stick to a mental diet. You don't even have to try hard to shift.
It doesn't matter who you are or what you've done. You deserve happiness and joy, and you'll get it.
Shifters need to get more crazy RIGHT NOW.
Literally anything is possible, start acting like it. Nothing is unrealistic so expect the "impossible".
Bring back the "Alice in Wonderland" type of whimsy. Let yourself lose your mind a bit so you can find it again.
Forget everything you've been conditioned to think. You can quite literally do anything.
So do it.
