Okay. So? I do not have to forgive bakugou. He put me through years of physical, mental, and verbal abuse because of something I could not control. He told me to kill myself. He put me through years of trauma.
He's changed as a person? Good for him. Genuinely, I mean that. Good for him. But that doesn't take back the things he already did to me. I am not obligated to forgive him. No one is obligated to forgive someone who's hurt them.
You need to understand that if I was just a little bit less stubborn I could've done it. I could've killed myself because of bakugou. And i have considered it. Ever since I was 4-5 I have been relentlessly bullied and beaten up to the point I've been hospitalized. I do not have to forgive someone for something like that just because they've changed.
To any bakugous reading this; I respect you as a person. I know that you're a better person now and I'm happy for you /srs. I don't hate you. But I don't forgive you.
And to the fandom; stop shipping me with my abuser.
