Omg chopin!! Oh and Liszt 🥱
Bach’s Well-Tempered Clavier in 2 Minutes I would like to thank Bach Inspiration, a classical music management company, for inviting me to create another series of Bach illustrations after two years.
It is not often that I have the opportunity to create artwork for the works of a single composer. Thanks to the importance of Bach’s music, as well as Bach Inspiration’s overall planning in music management and promotion, Bach’s music can reach more people through different forms.
These illustrations are also part of the merchandise for the October concert at the National Concert Hall, Taipei, “Brilliant Series — Minsoo Sohn: Bach’s The Well-Tempered Clavier” (tickets are now available).
Yes even more composers art
I'm geniuely getting out of my artblock, finally
portrait studies for some composers (+Sade)
"Timeless Chopin" (2025) - a painting animation directed by Piotr Dominiak, presented as part of the artistic program "Poland. Heritage that Drives the Future".
it's always some chronically ill homosexual Polish guy who died age 39 and has been dead for two hundred years that writes the shit that rips into your soul and makes you'd feel so devastated your whole day is ruined
Thank you boys for the pieces that got me distinction <3

next time watch your mouth when you make snarky remarks to a lady
I came here to find a community where people can celebrate classical music together, and where I can finally share my interest with likeminded individuals. So far I have seen Chopin and Liszt making out twice.
Letter from Fryderyk Chopin to Julian Fontana
(English translation by E. L. Voynich, the original text in Polish)
everything hilariously wrong about Life of Chopin by Liszt, aka one of the greatest fanfiction in classical music history:
-Liszt’s ‘investigative journalism’ abt Chopin pissed Ludwika (Chopin’s sister) off so bad she passed it to Jane Stirling who also got pissed off so bad that she half assed her entire response and to top it off Liszt didn’t even use her answers to write his book. He straight up wrote something that goes “My intimate association with Chopin gives me the right to ask incredibly personal questions that, by the way, is a great invasion of his private life”. Totally doesn’t sound tone deaf to the 2 people who are heavily grieving his recent death. Yup. Way to go Franz.
-Hell there’s a good chance he didn’t even write the thing himself.
-After it was published, the book also pissed Fontana (Chopin’s roommate and lifelong friend) off so bad that he just gave up on the idea of writing another Chopin biography because he thought it wouldn’t stand a chance against Liszt’s popularity.
-It was the only popular interpretation of Chopin’s life for a good 30ish years . Even Tchaikovsky read it and was amazed by how incomprehensible it is, saying : “It is full of empty phrases and waffle”.
Imagine grieving a friend so hard that you managed to write a book that flipped off nearly every single one of his close ones and your rose tinted view of his character influenced a popular one sided misrepresentation of the man you wished to honor.
Is drawing fanart for one's own fic very bad? 😭
