How do you feel when fans call Amy a stalker

It upsets me slighty when people put that on her because its a shallow bastardized label they place her.

Which I think stems from the US dubbing over the sonic games and anime from Japan and changed the context of some scenes that the majority of fans believe that Amy is a stalker because they saw her as "very obsessive" and "very clingy" which clearly shows in fan works back in early 2000s and 2010s

It's really weird how some fans absolutely hate Amy, and her only crime is being girly like wtf ??

Not to mention some fans try to "fix" Amy by making her more motherly and closed off with her feelings like Sonic Boom.

That version of her is okay and a lot of fans like that version of her but it lacks the ingredient of what made Amy stand apart from other characters like Blaze and Rouge. Like I want the spunky hot-headed girl with attitude that's not afraid of sharing her feelings with the world and Sonic.
