The cart has been doing quite a few weddings this ice cream season.

This was a beautiful late morning wedding we did back in January at Gardens House in Melbourne's Botanical Gardens.

Ice cream wedding weather at the Convent Gallery, Daylesford yesterday. The guests earned their lemon and mango sorbets after a 44c scorching ceremony. Congrats to Rachel & Jacob. ~ Scott

Breaking news: kids love ice cream.

Yesterday the guys at Carter Digital had us over for mid afternoon Xmas surprise for their staff at their office (possibly the coolest workspace in Melbourne). The Carter staff loved it!
