Soooo naturally with a high fat, high sugar, greasy diet if fast food and highly processed desserts…etc is bound to make that happen.
I’ve always had good skin due to a strict & clean diet. But omgggg seeing everyone I used to bully glow up, get on peptides, work out, get toned & achieve glass skin while I become lazier, fatter, & worse in every way… really does it for me 🐷 breakouts, acne marks, duller skin, large pores, fatty jowls, face puffy with fat ughhh 😩 of course this is like the darker stuff, but I do think about it sometimes
