are u guys proud of me cause I'm soo proud of myself . only a year ago i was insanely antisocial and isolated myself from people as a whole . my mental health was also significantly worse and i was relapsing into sh like every month :[ . a year later I'm a lot more social and i reallyreally like being loud (still a bit socially anxious though...im working on it :]) and expressing myself,i quit the addiction that was holding me back from social interactions,and stopped hurting myself :D im so happy for myself i love life i love u alllll
