1 . Find a good photo of the character you want to make, make sure it is a transparent photo, otherwise you will have to cut them out
2 . Load the png into any image editing software ( I use Gimp, it is free to use) , open a 1024x1024 canvas and adjust it to fit right
3. Open up the sims rig in blender and create a plane
4.Press R+X+90 to flip it
5. Use the Sim as a reference to how big you want it, and adjust it to the height you want, then press Ctrl+C to copy the plane
4.Open Sims 4 Studio and click 'Create 3D Mesh'
6. Open the blender file you just exported
7.Delete the statue then press Ctrl+V to paste the plane
8. Click the Plane and go into edit mode, press U then click unwrap
9.Open your image into blender
10. Press R+270 To rotate it
11. Adjust the Uv till it looks right
12. In edit mode press K to use the knife tool, and cut around the image
13. Delete the extra areas around it
14. Go to the side of the plane and select the whole mesh
15. Press E and drag out the new faces
16. Select the whole mesh and flip the direction
18. Rename 'UVMap' to 'uv_0"
19. Save your mesh and import it into Sims 4 Studio, do this for LOD 1,2, and 3
20. Go back to your blend file, delete this bottom part
21. Switch the cut number to 0
22. Then save, and import this into all the shadow Lods
23. next import all your textures into Sims4studio
25. Edit the Title, description and price to your liking
Finally save your package file and test in game
