Someone Please Help This Nerd | Marco | Execution Reaction | Open
Marco hadn’t been entirely sure how he was supposed to vote, as apparently some of the others-that is to say only Shinju-didn’t know either. He supposed for the time being, it wouldn’t matter. After all, he still had it placed in the back of his mind that perhaps this was all some joke and his vote wouldn’t matter.
It did. And somehow, the crazy boy with the spoon was sentenced to death in place of a murderer. Marco shot a look across the room to Hoshi as the red head hurried to his side. He…Nagisa mentioned he could be a suspect solely because of his hands. He didn’t know the other suspect, but he knew for certain that Hoshi hadn’t taken the motive as well as he had.
”You,”
He growled from the most primitive part of his throat, his eyes blazing a hideous yellow.
But as Xavier began to speak, Marco found he had no strength to be wasted on someone as petty as Hoshi. Not with what he was saying.
No…no way. This…couldn’t be because of what he did…
Marco hadn’t taken it to heart that perhaps his own sin was what caused him to be trapped here, but Xavier was right. It was his fault…his fault…
Shaking and feeling nauseous, he gripped at his rosary, digging his nails in so deep to his palm that he drew blood. He silently mouthed out the words to a prayer of forgiveness, but every time he started, his thoughts became jumbled.
He was so…tired…
Before the execution could even begin, Marco collapsed to the floor, his eyes rolled to the back of his head befitting his claim of being demon possessed. Just barely missing a bang on the head, Leche became startled by Marco’s action. Normally, it was in her nature to become stiff at the sight of danger, as she had done in her short life in the wild, but something was wrong, and she didn’t know how to fix.
“Graaaagghhh groh groh groh groh,”
Leche croaked to the room, as if calling for some unknown members of her species to aid her in this confusion.
