2016.02.16 Last meal in Edinburgh😢 It’s time to get back to the reality. Today’s a childhood day! We spent 2-2.30 hours in Edinburgh zoo, it was 15 minutes bus away from city centre. The animals were quite active compared to the other zoos I’ve been to. The zoo wasn’t big but you have to walk up the hill most of the time, so be prepared you have enough energy.💪🏻 I had so much fun over the last couple of days. Saw the snow and landscape, tried new food, met different people, felt the culture. Scotland never be the same as England! I definitely will come back!💖

2016.02.15 Day 4 in Scotland. We joined a local tour to explore the Highland. The Rabbies tour departed at 8.15am and returned at 7.30pm. The schedule was well organised by a friendly guide. The weather was ever so lovely with some sunny spells. Although we spent quite a lot of time on transport, it was worth to do and take some fab photos! Finally, we reached the famous Loch Ness! (Nessie didn’t pop up🙃) The environment was calm and peaceful, not many people are hanging around. However, one of the staff in the restaurant was impolite and unwelcome.😑 Anyway… We just take a short break to grab some lunch. We headed back and dismissed in Edinburgh. It was a long but enjoyable day! I hope I’ll come back someday and join the Isle of Skye 3 days tour!

2016.02.14 Happy Valentine’s Day🌹 Comparatively warm, but it was so windy on Carlton Hill! Nearly blown away! The Palace of Holyrood House was astonishing and beautiful under the sun. It’s worth to go and follow the tour which gave you more background info of the house. The seafood was the highlight of the day. Cheap, fresh, variety of choices! A MUST go restaurant in new town of Edinburgh.🐟🐙🦀

2016.02.13 Day 2 in Edinburgh. HEAVY SNOW!!! WE ARE ALL SOAKED!!! Especially we were in the castle which basically was an outdoor area. But it was still excited to see the snow after a long time. Before we went to the camera obscura, I had a lovely sandwich with soup which was wonderful in such a weather. In the late afternoon, we took a whisky tour to explore how to manufacture, taste, appreciate whisky. They also gave us a whisky glass as a souvenir. The Mexican dinner was fabulous and spicy, yum yum.😋

2016.02.12 First day in Edinburgh.🛩 A beautiful, historical, dynamic city. Blessing with good weather, smooth journey, close company.😊 We settled at about 3pm, so we just quickly wondered around and took some photos of the city. Our B&B was called ‘St Valery Guest House’. It was 15-20 minutes walk from old town. Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast, competitive price. 💯 Get away from all the stress and refresh my mind, looking forward to the next few days! TIME TO EXPLORE🌍COME WITH ME✨

2016.02.10 Got my US visa application done and reclaimed it today. Hurray💃🏻 It was very efficient, it took about 6 days only (inc. Sat and Sun), quite impressive. However, the day didn’t go smoothly.😐 First, the outbound train delayed for 20 minutes. Secondly, I couldn’t catch the return train which I supposed. Which means I had to wait another hour! It was such a long way from Patchway station to delivery centre! It took me an hour to walk!🙄 I NEED A CAR.🚗 Anyway, I am glad having my passport back and I can travel with it to Edinburgh on Friday.😀
