Someone needs to recommend a wulian fic where Xie Lian doesn't get banished and Wu Ming Ascends and that's their reunion.

Like, Jun Wu doesn't banish Xie Lian easily the second time, so he very quickly becomes heaven's most hated god, the bad tempered violent and cruel god of misfortune and plagues, and everyone is kind of begging Jun Wu to just banish him like he wants ... And then a nameless ghost ascends and Xie Lian just launches himself into his arms and then they both get trapped in heavens *cough end up menacing the heavens cough* for sixteen weeks before figuring out their escape. But the Xie Lian vibe pre ghost who refuses to introduce himself/new nameless god of devotion vs after his arrival is so vastly different it gives everyone whiplash.

The gods be like ah, he has separation anxiety.

Xie Lian before Wu Ming Ascends: picking fights with everyone, burning his own temples down, unleashing apocalypse level plagues and misfortune on the world. "Better banish and shackle me before I take everyone and everything down with me."

Xie Lian after Wu Ming Ascends: the most dangerous thing they get is a glare if the interrupt the endless flirting. "This is my beloved Wu Ming, isn't he Wonderful."

*Ghost god of devotion in the background radiating killing intent 24/7 when not flirting with Xie Lian *

And then Wu Ming challenges 35 (only 33 show up) gods to a duel, allegedly because hes bored but everyone knows its Xie Lian related some how, god of devotion is only devoted to exactly one being and it's the god of misfortune. and jun Wu has to banish the two of them before they do too much chaos to his plans

And if this doesn't exist y'all know I'm about to write some shit.

Edit: I feel like I should mention Xie Lian is causing havock in heaven because he thinks Wu ming is dead so Wu ming ascends in the middle of becoming a calamity missing one eye and wulian trips into reunion to romance so fast it gives everyone whiplash too

Edit 2: actually someone still should recommend me wulian where the reunion is Wu ming's ascension but I've got too many ideas for someone to recommend this exact plot. So I'm still writing
