had to get off twitter because each time something featuring Jinx and Ekko drops it’s ww3 between tb and lc shippers on the timeline.

mama i’m tired 🫩 what’s the harm in coexisting. shipping culture back in my day used to actually be fun. you liked your thing, i liked mine, and we kept it moving. i genuinely miss when it was about exploring dynamics and not proving your ship is superior.

what really gets me is how ugly it turns. some anti-lc takes are just thinly veiled queerphobia. some anti-tb takes just slide straight into racism and ableism. over fictional ships. that’s insane.

you can dislike a ship without dehumanizing the characters or the fans who love them. i promise you the world will keep spinning if someone enjoys a different fictional pairing than you do.
