Starting a personal challenge for myself named Rawktober (thank you for all you Raw Vegan bloggers for the inspiration). Not saying I will be consuming ONLY raw foods over the next month, but I want to get back into eating mostly raw, and more importantly stick to my vegan diet. When I went I'd say 80-90% raw for several months earlier this year, I had never felt better in my life. I want to get back to the feeling of infinite energy, non-caffein dependence, and pure happiness. It has become quite difficult since working in a bakery, but as long as bring lots of fruit and other raw foods with me to work, I'm fine! With that said, I share with you a photograph of a bowl of nature's candy. I call her the Medjool Date :) (my personal favorite kind of date) !
