I went with the correct colors for dinner tonight. Ending a month straight of a raw vegan diet on Halloween is interesting. At times I felt like it was the hardest thing and other times I felt amazing energy and clarity. Overall it was a definite success and I had many takeaways. The biggest one was that my body never felt bloated or inflamed after about the first week or so. There is a definite benefit for me eating high water content, fiber rich, nutrient dense foods on a day to day basis. I feel that it also helps that I removed everything else (all of the bad and unnecessary food). All of my little aches and pains here and there vanished completely after about 10 days. I had an issue with my left shoulder for the past 6 months that is now gone. I recommend everyone to try and incorporate more fresh, ripe, raw, organic fruits and vegetables into their diets. Learn what your favorite fruits are, when they are in season, and how to detect when they are perfectly ripe (and how to store / ripen them). Try making a meal of fruit (breakfast is the best meal to start with). Incorporate healthy salads loaded with lots of greens and veggies you love and with out oils, processed dressings, croutons, cheese, or meat. Learn how to make 2-3 healthy salads you love. If you are into kitchen gadgets and convenience with your meals I suggest getting yourself a slow juicer and / or a high powered blender. Thanks and Happy Halloween!!! 🎃🎃🎃#rawktober rawktober #day31 #rawvegan #plantpower #fruits #vegetables #greenjuice #salad #smoothie #rawgourmet #fruitarian #801010 #alkalize #detoxify #regenerate #health #wellness #gratitude #peace #love 🌿🌱🍃🍋🍊🍎🍐🍉🍌🍏🍇🍓🥝🍈🥥🍍🍑🍒🍅🥑🥒🌶🥕🥦🥗 https://www.instagram.com/p/BpncRorjIWJ/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=fg60ajayasmi
