Gonna be getting rid of a lot of my muses. Only Sora, Celeste, and Freddy will remain. Lilith will come and go as needed, but for the most part, I'm going to be using my main three.

Gonna be getting rid of a lot of my muses. Only Sora, Celeste, and Freddy will remain. Lilith will come and go as needed, but for the most part, I'm going to be using my main three.
"No need to apologize, dear." The Composer said with a grin. "Your melody soothes Shibuya quite nicely, so it's only natural that your fear would trigger the symphony to send a distress call to me. I am simply returning the favor for you lighting up my district."
Joshua scooped her up, unveiling his white wings and levitating up into the sky.
"Allow me to escort you back to Sanae, Young Celeste. Your brother is tearing up the shop looking for you."
"Actually I'm right here. And I'm going to unleash chaos on that fucking Nobody. Where did he go?!"
"I...I did?"
She stared up at Joshua, pulled her school bag close. She blinked at the mention of Joker. She muttered another apology for him. She knew how her older brother.
"Onnee-chan, calm down. I think he's gone anyway."
"Doesn'tn surprise me that, like me, you're also not great at reading emotions. I was not shaming, I simply backed out of a conversation I refuse to have. Like father, like daughter."
"Sounded like shaming to me."
Annnnnd he's already put himself between Sora and the younger Xehanort.
"Oh good darkness, my son is a slut." Riku could be seen from a mile away but a third? Probably Kairi. Unless... No, he was not going there. "Keep it to yourself and get the poly mod for stardew."
"YOU HAVE NO ROOM TO SHAME ANYONE!"
"Wait what? The fuck do you mean 'my boy'? You.... you're not... You fuck?"
"We aren't having this conversation. NOPE!"
"HEY! What goes on between the three of us is our business!"
"I love all 420 of my foster siblings. I really do. But the best part of having my own apartment is not worrying about snacks disappearing."
"Oh please, didn't you race across the beach against Riku? You have some of that competitive blood in you." and that was probably the only thing Sora got from Xehanort.
"I don't see how that's YOUR business. Since when do you care what me and my boy-"
"Imma shut up now."
"Where do you think I get the cash for my caffeine addiction?" he had decks for the card game among other tournaments too but he was not about to admit any of this to Sora.
"So that's where Celeste gets it from."
He's not gonna bring up his own caffeine addiction and Struggle tournament wins to pay it.
"Fun??? FUN??? Unless you're making six figures off a goddamn jade farm while you pay junimos in raisins for harvesting crops so you can drain the Skull Caverns of all its resources then you're not really playing Stardew Valley. HOP TO IT!"
"You sound like Celeste. Let me guess, you have a competive team for Pokémon too."
"You would think playing Stardew Valley with Celeste would be a fun and relaxing time. You are sadly mistaken!"
One of my favorite songs for Celeste
"Not in particular." he answered. "Time has been wasted enough and I have little of it." he was not getting any younger. "You know where to find me, should you need me, dearest daughter."
"Ouch. First time you see me in ten years and I'm a waste of time."
She rose to her feet, easily standing at his height. She began to walk away, waving his hand dismissively.
"That I highly doubt, but knowing you, I'm sure we'll run into each other again."
"If that is what you find fun then perhaps you will enjoy the company of my younger self." seldom did he get to play but he did play when he had the time, if he could afford it. "Perhaps you will be more fond of my younger years than you are of your cynical old man."
"I doubt that."
She glanced down at her nails, lazily taking in the pearl pink polish. One finger was chipped. She would have to fix it when she got home.
"Do you need anything else? As nice as this oh so happy family reunion is, Master Oswald is expecting me."
Heading off for the night. Gonna go play ff7 remake for a bit before bed
Will get to replies tomorrow
"Curiosity." was his answer. "Are you not curious to see what happens when the war concludes? I would not oppose to my own kin being there." not to kill him, of course. Sora barely knew him as a father so it likely would feel like nothing. Celeste on the other hand? She was always the favorite.
"No actually. I don't think about causing the apocalypse for science on a random Tuesday because I'm bored. I embroider or play Stardew Valley."
"Atta girl." he chortled. "Like father like daughter." he hummed. Sora could never achieve such confidence and wit. Whether he trained her or not, Celeste seemed destined to be more like her father than she realized.
"Tell me, given the war will be upon us once more, what role did you plan to play? Surely you are not here to join your dear old dad's forces?"
She wanted to screaming at being compared to him, to break something. To yell at him. But if she did, she might as well be throwing a childish tantrum for all the good it would do her. Plus it would be a slap to the face for Ortansia after all the work that was done to help Celeste process as a preteen when her anger began to show.
Her finger twitched slightly at his mention of the upcoming war. She did her best not to think about it, no matter much it creeped back into her mind.
"Hell no. Kinda mess up you're putting your children in a position to kill you. Besides, after everything ten years ago, why would I chose you?"
The old man could not help but chuckle. She was a smart one, much smarter than her brother. "I do not think I will." he answered simply. "After all, even if I gave you a reason you could respond with a lie or with the truth. Given your wit, I am willing to bet you inherited my poker face as well."
She nearly flinched at being compared to him. She HATED how much she took after him in mannerism and even habits. Still...as nice as the thought of staying out of things was, Celeste couldn't hide like a child anymore.
"Maybe I did, or maybe I'm just a smartass bluffing away."
