working on my small poetry book
I don't know how it would happen. Maybe it would be something small that makes you snap. Or maybe you would see someone and think, why have her when I can have this? I don't know how it would happen. But every goddamn day, when your silence stretches just a little too long, I wonder if it will finally happen. If you'll give up on me.
"Why do you always ask me that?"
I can't imagine life without you. The air would feel wrong. It would hurt to breathe. A million years could pass and even after the air started to taste a little normal and breathing started to hurt a little less, my heart would still be broken in a way that time could never repair. You just don't get it: my mind is not always stuck on you but my heart is.
Thoughts on your suicide
It's easy to tell someone you love them when their lips are at the base of your neck.

I decided against writing the book because who would want to read a book about depression that doesn't end in a happy ending. And I'm not confident enough to put myself out there. What do you think?
I disagree. Personally I like reading books that are realistic and honest. Real life hardly ever has a 'happy ending.' You'll never know if you never try, friend.
Don't forgive someone who hasn't apologized.

I wonder what it will feel like to see you again and not be able to touch you.

Too often loneliness drives us into the arms of the wrong person. And sadly, we only realize that they're the wrong person when it's too late.

No, I still look at you like you hung the moon. It's just that now you're not the only light I see.

You know that feeling you get when you reread your favorite book? I want to feel like that forever.

You were on this big, beautiful ship. But you jumped overboard in fear that it’d sink.

Can you tell what the book Milk And Honey is about?
Gladly ♥️♥️♥️Milk and Honey is a book of poetry by a fellow tumblr writer. It is about love, loss, and revival. It has pieces about feminism, rape, betrayal, family issues... you name it. I STRONGLY recommend it. It is my favorite poetry book that ever was and it has probably saved my life.
someone said your name the other day and it didn't feel like someone was pouring acid on my insides. i think this is what it feels like to move on
.
I’m only there when it’s convenient for you.

I am living now for the moment in the future when I get to wake up and not dread the days ahead of me.

I’m not homesick, but I sure wish this place felt more like home.
