i pre ordered spn crew members souvenir like... 3 months ago, and it was supposed to be sent on june 15. BUT it never came, so i tried to ask of it via emails. however, insight editions never answered me.

i live overseas and if they do not reply by email, i have no means to complain or ask wtf is happening right now. i just cant call them :(...

please, can somebody help me to contact with insights edition? i understand the whole world going through harsh times but im concerned about my 95 dollars or the book... i just want to know why my order got delayed.
