So I may or may not have another crossover idea.

Specifically a Batfam neglected reader x twst.

Their is lots of angst potential in this crossover. Especially since a few of the twst character can remind the reader of their adopt siblings and father (especially Crowley which this reader will absolutely despise with a passion for how similar he is to their father). Their still somethings that I have to work out but slowly I'm writing some notes for this I'm unsure if I want to do a one-shot with certain scene written like a section for prologue, the start of Riddle overblot, maybe Cloudcalling event, the deal with Azul, etc. or I could do it as a fanfic but I can't guarantee with consistent update since I get distracted and tired easily.

The one thing that will not change is that Reader loves their mom to bits, they cherish every moment with their mom. Seeing Deuce and Dylla (Deuce mom) well it safe to say that Dylla would be Reader favorite adult no hesitation.

I'm been wondering with all the students dream being revealed will their be a chance to see at least one of the teachers dream, preferably Crowley, since they were also shown when everyone went to sleep.

It would be funny to have blackmail material for Crowley because of his dream.

Your characterization will never be 100% accurate or considered as such by everyone. Characters are up for interpretation. Everyone perceives them differently. If you try to please everyone with your characterization, you’re going to end up dissatisfied and miserable. Plus people often hold contradictory interpretations of the same character. At the end of the day, it’s more fun to write your own unique interpretation that’s accurate *to you* rather than stress over being 100% accurate to a general audience. It’s an impossible standard. Put your own spin and flavor on your faves:)

Hey guys, just putting out a PSA because now that's THREE people I know of who've got these identical messages on Discord last night alone.

If a friend messages you apologising because someone "with a similar username to you" tried to deceive them so they reported your account as hacked, and sends an image of a discord email, your friend is the one who has been hacked.

It's hard to read in the screenshot (sorry!) but it looks like the "advice" is something like "file a friend request with our CORPORATE HEAD OF SECURITY to open your case. You have 12 hours to do so or we might suspend your account."

I've been told that if you do contact that user, they try to get you to "prove" you own the account by making a "100% refundable transaction" to them. Which is so scummy.

Scammers catch people out by imposing a time limit and dramatic consequences of not acting fast enough. In that moment of panic, you might not figure out it's suspicious, especially when the email looks so real (it will have your screen-name in it to make it seem legit, but the request code will likely be identical to the one in this post, #40557035) and you're worried about both an impersonator AND losing your account.

If you get sent the above message, try to let your friend know through other ways (socials, etc) that they've been hacked. If you are ever worried, your best bet is to check Discord's website and ask for help through their support page, which has a section for hacked accounts.

some people in one of my circles almost got scammed by this No Text To Speech on Youtube has some great information on this and other Discord scams that have been going around exercise caution and if you are getting link from somebody to do something critical and account-related, be very wary

A fun idea would be a Danny phantom like Yuu. I can imagine when DP!Yuu first encountered the Ramshackle ghost, they thought they were similar to their world ghost, so they fought them with Grim's protecting them from surprised attack.

I can also see DP!Yuu tell grim not to tell anyone about their ghost powers and if he spills, they will cut his tuna supply. A bonus is using their ghost power to prank people who have annoyed them for being "a magicless human".

In addition, I can also see them using their powers in the Halloween event and playing dumb when people ask how they were able to pull off a realistic ghost costume.

Ps: also want more fanfic with the twst event their such a small amount from what I have seen.

There's a searchable list at the bottom of the article. Highly recommend scrolling or searching through, seeing what places you may be on that have been affected, and securing all your accounts. This thing's kind of big.

The feral urge to know how many people know about HBO show Crashbox and having the urge to try and make aus for it even though it an education show.

It been many years since I tried to remember this show but this month on Instagram someone posted about and my mind went wild.

My brain has been pushing the thought of a stardew valley x twisted wonderland, while think about it I feel like it be very difficult with first day farmer because I feel like their would be no change in the formula.

However if it was ginger island farmer then we could have a change in formula since they be much wiser to various thing like socializing, farming, community, etc. I'm unsure if they should have items (excluding weapons) in their inventory or be empty handed.

Extra: Maybe having them have certain abilities that are from mods like stardew valley expanded where we would have people trying to get the farmer back before a great calamity happens. Or like Lookup anything which would be tweeked to be like a small notebook the farmer uses to write stuff down but it was enchanted by The wizard to help the farmer with their daily tasks.

Yes, for this to work, creators need to tag their works accordingly, so that people know what sort of content they are about to engage with and can nope out if necessary.

I will probably make another PSA about the importance of proper tagging later.

Do not harass fan creators or fans for shipping something you disapprove.

All of this also applies to liking / disliking an individual character.

So I have been listening to say my name from Beetlejuice and it made me think about how this could be a good angst moment with Yuu. Like we know their ghost so Yuu could meets Beetlejuice and after each Overblot Beetlejuice tries to convince Yuu to make a deal with them to make their life in Twisted wonderland easier or torment Crowley since he still has yet to compensate Yuu for their work dealing with the Overblot. The struggle that Yuu would have with each Overblot just considering if making a deal with Beetlejuice would make their life easier and maybe he would have a better chance to find Yuu a way back home.

Twisted Wonderland X Disney Dreamlight Valley

Now hear me out a few people have already written some stuff for the house of mouse so it can work.

Although we don't have them yet, I can imagine if we get a Queen of Hearts in Dreamlight Valley she would probably talk about her rules which could surprise the Heartslabyul dorm members might even impress Riddle.

I think having the cooking system would be funny for other to see you dump ingredients into a pot and good food coming out.

Bonus if we have still have the outfit and farming. Easy way for MC to get food and maybe some extra cash. While the clothing is to surprise others and to not worry about cash for clothing.

Fanfiction Authors: HEADS UP

An astute reader informed me this morning that one of my fics (Children of the Future Age) had been pirated and was being sold as a novel on Amazon:

(And they weren't even creative with their cover design. If you're going to pirate something that I spent a full year of my life writing, at least give me a pretty screenshot to brag about later. Seriously.)

I promptly filed a DMCA complaint to have it removed, but I checked out the company that put it up -- Plush Books -- and it looks like A LOT of their books are pirated fic. They are by no means the only ones doing this, either -- the fact that """publishers""" can download stories from AO3 in ebook format and then reupload them to Amazon in just a few clicks makes fic piracy a common problem. There are a whole host of reasons why letting this continue is bad -- including actual legal risk to fanfiction archives -- but basically:

IF YOU ARE A FANFIC AUTHOR WITH LONG AND/OR POPULAR WORKS, PLEASE CHECK AMAZON TO SEE IF YOUR STORIES HAVE BEEN PIRATED.

You can search for your fics by title, or by text from the description (which is often just copied wholesale from AO3 as well). If you find that someone has stolen your work and is selling it as their own, you can lodge a DMCA complaint (Amazon.com/USA site; other countries have different systems). If you haven't done this before, it's easy! Here's a tutorial:

HOW TO FILE A COPYRIGHT COMPLAINT FOR STOLEN WORK ON AMAZON.COM:

First, go to this form. You'll need to be signed into your Amazon account.

Select the radio buttons/dropdown options (shown below) to indicate that you are the legal Rights Owner, you have a copyright concern, and it is about a pirated product.

Enter the name of your story in the Name of Brand field.

In the Link to the Copyrighted Work box, enter a link to the story on AO3 or whatever site your work is posted on.

In the Additional Information box, explain that you are the author of the work and it is being sold without your permission. That's all you really need.
