The sheer fact that I was degraded as a manager, because /you/, my higher up don't do your job, I don't understand how that is my issue? Because /I/ made you look bad in front of the company head for asking you to do your job because I was being over worked and no one was offering to help cover my store? And now I have an opportunity to not only leave your district but further my carreer, and you're just so petty about the bull shit, you had the nerve, to ask me what I do in my own damn store? I am the manager, I make sure it runs, I work 6 days a week, I stay late with out being asked, and make sure the store is grand opening ready at all times. What the hell do you do? Besides never pick up your phone, or complain I'm to aggressive because I won't let you come in and clutter up my store with bullshit? -___- I can't wait for January.
