It was a quite Autumn evening at the shrine this day, the setting sun well on its way to vanish behind the horizon. A light breeze would shake a few leaves off the tree tops, fluttering about before landing on the ground in front of the sitting Reimu, sipping away at her evening tea. The day was just that, a day, nothing to exciting or problematic to make it worthy of remembering after sleep, while boring a day like this is always fine to have happen every now and again. The setting sun was hidden away by roaming clouds off in the distance, making it nearly dark as the wind picked up, a feeling of unease filling the air. The area right in front of the miko started to look a bit odd, like it was flickering between two versions of its self, one normal and one that looked more rusted, the stones on the path having an orange hue to them, the grass like it was wilted, same with the tree, and yet brightly colorful flowers seemed to be sprouting among the more decaying landscape as the flickering increased before settling on the odd mixture of flowers and rust. The sounds of large thudding footsteps began, coming from the shrine steps Either something very heavy or something very large was walking up the steps. What looked like a metallic point peeking over the edge of the stairs the first thing to be seen as the thudding footsteps grew louder. As the thing neared the top of the stairs, Reimu could see the more of it, the metallic point showing it was the tip of an elongated pyramid, the metal structure placed firmly on the shoulders of a tall human figure, its bloody clothing reminding one that the butcher down in the village would wear while preparing the meat, and in one of its hand, the figure was holding someone small dressed purely in white by the back scruff of the outfit, a stark contrast to the dark and dank figure holding it, while in the other hand looked to be a rolled up scroll. As the creature reached the top step, it continued to walk towards the miko, going at a steady pace. Despite no visible means of vision, it seemed to know where it was going, right at her. Though at this point Reimu could see that the figure in white was in fact, Lily White. The spring fairy didn’t look hurt, in fact she looked like she was having the time of her life, her mouth currently moving yet nothing coming out, as if she was talking to the figure holding her up back the scruff of her dress. As they got closer, the voice of Lily could be heard slowly coming into focus, going from nothing to like she was speaking underwater, at which point Lily seemed to realize that Reimu was infront of her, the fairy now waving eagerly at her as her voice came into full clarity. “Hi Ms. Reimu!” She said, her tone of voice sounding as excitable as it ever did. “I’m getting back from VacaaaHhhhHH!” Lily didn’t get to finish as the figure holding her moved its arm back and suddenly tossed the spring fairy thru the open door of the shrine, a light thud from her impact able to be heard. With Lily now free, the figure holds up the rather weathered looking scroll and lets go of it. The paper was just floating in the air as the figure turned around and began to walk away, the flowers that were growing along strongly with the rusty landscape quickly began to wilt, loosing their color and practically withering away in a couple of seconds. As the figure was reaching the stairs, the landscape began to start flickering again as it descended the stairs and left Reimu’s sight, the original normal shine grounds starting to over take the more dreary one. As the shrine grounds continued to flicker between the two realities, the scroll would start to unroll with the weathered paper looking like it may crumble from the touch and yet was moving as if it was freshly made. Reimu could see a jumbled looking language written on the paper, the words looked to be a complete garbled mess, unable to gather any sense of what they could mean, but mixed in with what looked like Lily’s own handwriting and signature at various points. The longer Reimu looked at it, the more the words looked to be taking a readable shape. just as the flickering stopped on the normal shrine grounds, she could make out that at the top of the floating paper were two words written to be much bigger than the rest, looking as if they had been burned into the fibers of the paper its self, these two words now perfectly clear to her
