Tbh, I didn’t know how to do this one for a while, but I’m glad I waited until I had a plan, because these were very cute and fun to write! Thanks for waiting, hope you enjoy!

Kuroko

While he was walking Nigou, he caught glimpse of his crush walking down the street opposite of him, and couldn’t stop staring.

 At the same time, Nigou spotted a squirrel and ran after it, tangling his leash with the shadow’s legs. As the string pulled taut, Kuroko took another step without looking, and found himself hurtling toward the ground. 

People would only notice his presence when he fell, which shocked everyone in his vicinity. 

He would blush deeply when his crush ran across the street just to help him up. Kuroko deeply hoped that they didn’t notice he was staring. 

But all in all, he would be glad that he fell, since it gained his crush’s attention, and he even got to hold their hand for a moment. 

Aomine

He was trying a new move on the court alone. He tried to use his Formless Shooting while doing a 360, but he miscalculated, and his feet landed on a candy wrapper, causing him to slip. 

Aomine made the basket, but he also crashed and burned on the ground, landing on his back. The ball even landed right on his face. So when he heard his crush call his name, he felt like he was going to die of embarrassment. 

“Aomine-san!” He always tried so hard to be cool in front of them, and so he would quickly stand up and try to play it off cool. 

But when they came to him, breathless and panicked, he realized he really liked this kind of attention too. 

He would ask them to stay and watch, and then do his trick properly, so that he could get them to worry over him and fawn over him in one day. 

Kise

He was on his way home from a photo shoot when he saw his crush, and Kise called their name and chased after them. But he didn’t think it through in his eagerness to see them. The next thing he knew, a crowd of rabid fangirls was chasing him down the streets

Kise managed to lose both them and his crush in the madness when he ran into a random alleyway, slipped on a bottle and fell on his butt in the lamest manner possible which completely ruined his day. So imagine his surprise when his crush appeared and offered him a hand.

“I know a place where you can lay low for a bit.” They said with an outstretched hand. Kise resisted the urge to gush over them, and smile as he walked with his crush to a small coffee place in a hidden corner of the street. 

He took a bunch of pictures and this was probably what started his crush’s interest in him, since they originally thought Kise was some kind of cold-hearted asshole. 

Whenever he would get too full of himself, his crush/partner would always bring up how they first officially met, with Kise on his ass in a dirty alleyway, and it worked in humbling him every time. 

Akashi

Honestly, when the Akashi Seijurou slipped on a loose handout, it was his crush who screamed and then immediately got embarrassed, as they had dropped it in the first place. 

 “(Last)-san, do you think you could help me up?” But before the question even left his lips, his crush was already extending their hand, almost in tears. 

It would make Akashi like them more, as he took their hand and squeezed it with a warm smile that made his crush weak in the knees. 

He would ask them to take him to the infirmary to check his knee, but it was really just an excuse to have some time alone. Akashi was a crafty person.  

Akashi has a detailed plan to make his crush fall in love with them with little interactions like this, but he isn’t yet aware that they fell in love with him in month 1. Long story short, Akashi Seijurou doesn’t simply fall, he strategizes. 

Himuro

This boy can’t do anything without making it romantic. He noticed his crush reaching for a book on a high shelf in the library. But as he was sneaking up behind them, he tripped on their stool and fell, almost knocking them off in the process. 

As his crush whispered and asked if they were okay, he was quick to play it off. When his crush immediately offered a hand to help him up, he decided he could take advantage of this. 

He took their hand and brought it his lips, kissing their ring finger with a cheeky smirk. “Got you.” he would tease. 

When his crush promptly passed out, he caught them and panicked, which caused chaos in the library. 

Himuro Tatsuya was now banned from the library to protect the well-being of the other girls, but now he had a reason to approach his crush when he needed a book. 

Midorima 

Oh, you KNOW Takao was the one who tripped him. He knew Midorima had a massive crush on someone but wasn’t making any progress. So being the best friend he was, he stuck his foot out when Midorima was walking in the hallway. 

As the green-haired shooting guard fell flat on his face, it also broke his glasses, which was not according to plan. But Takao still considered it a success, as Midorima’s crush ran over in a panic. 

Midorima stiffened when he recognized his crush’s voice, but because he couldn’t see a thing, his crush held his hand and helped him to his feet. He turned red as his crush checked him for injuries, all while Takao fought back his laughter. 

Takao pushed (Name) to take him to the nurse’s office, and to walk him home, much to Midorima’s horror. “Takao, you better watch out tomorrow.” Takao didn’t take the threat seriously at all, merely smirking and waving. 

The threat never came to fruition, as now Midorima had a reason to take his crush out on a ‘thank you lunch’ AKA a date, and they came to Midorima’s classroom to check on them often. 

Kagami

Kagami slipped because Nigou got loose and chased him out of the gym while wanting to play. He was running blindly, so he didn’t even notice his crush walking down the path until he crashed into them. 

He landed right on top of them, but his hands instinctively reached out to grab break his fall so he didn’t crush them under his weight. 

OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD ONE OF HIS HANDS LANDED ON THEIR CHEST WTF HE WANTED TO DIE. 

His crush had to calm him down before they could help him up, as poor Kagami was stammering and blushing so hard that his complexion matched the top of his head. 

Even though his crush stood up and offered to help, Kagami stood up and ran away in the blink of an eye as if he were in the Zone, so he could go slam his head against a tree for being so stupid.

(Name) really loved Kasamatsu Yukio, but sometimes she wasn’t sure if he felt the same. Her first glimpse of him was at his high school game in the Winter Cup. She admired his leadership and grace in accepting their loss. At the time, she was just a part-time media assistant for the local news when she overhead their exit interview.

“We played our best, and still made it this far.” He  said. (Name) felt her heart skip a beat at the look in his eye. “I won’t let anyone trample on that.” Maybe it was a petty reason, but she knew it was love after hearing him say that. But he was gone minutes later, just like that. He was graduating, just like her. There was no way they’d ever meet again.

And yet...she never thought she would run into him again in university.  

She confessed to him the moment she saw him. She was the type of woman who ran after what she wanted. Kasamatsu passed out, much to the amusement of his friends and to (Name)’s horror. 

And despite the initial apprehension on Kasamatsu’s part, the two of them were dating before the end of their first year of university. They’ve been dating almost a year now. She was as happy as could be. Kasamatsu was a diligent and attentive boyfriend. But...there were times where she questioned if she was just pulling him along. Sometimes it felt like she was putting in all the effort, which she didn’t mind. But not knowing if that was a burden to him or not, it was her one insecurity about an otherwise happy and fulfilling relationship. So one day, on a random weekday, (Name) invited her boyfriend out for a midnight stroll. They talked all about the past, and the time she first saw him.  

“You remember something like that?” Kasamatsu reached out and bopped her on the head. He looked away, something she knew that he did when he was hiding his embarrassment. 

“Idiot.” (Name) pouted. They were walking side by side. Kasamatsu adjusted himself to her pace. Occasionally, their hands would brush against each other, and it made her face warm. “So, you called me out just to talk about something like that?” 

“Well, I guess...do you want to go back inside?” She gnawed at her lip as she asked with a soft voice. 

“...No.” Kasamatsu finally responded. “You’re always trying to accommodate me, I can do something like this every now and then.” 

...Huh? 

(Name) looked at Kasamatsu. 

“I accommodate you?” Kasamatsu returned her bewildered look. 

“E-Even though I can’t do stuff like ki-kiss, or hug...all the time, you’re always smiling. You forgive me every time, even when you shouldn’t.” Kasamatsu’s face was darkening its shade of red with every sentence. “S-Sometimes, I wonder why you even like someone like me.” 

(Name)’s hand finally reached out, interlacing their fingers together and squeezing his hand tightly. 

“I...I love you determined you are.” She spoke into the chilly night time air. “I love how disciplined you are, how much care you show me, how you always fix the folds in my shirt for me, how your hands are slightly bigger than mine, how you always insist on those knee socks when you work out, the way you tremble when we ki-” 

“Enough!” Kasamatsu looked like he was going to pass out, and she could feel the heat radiating from his palm, as if it had traveled all the way down his body. “I get it...” She smiled, her own cheeks stained a soft pink as she looked down. 

“Pft-!” 

“Don’t laugh...” She could hear the smile in his voice.

“I was just worried that I was imposing on you.” She finally admitted. “But don’t worry, I believe in us, now.” She heard his breath hitch, and his hand tightened around hers. The two of them walked in silence, keeping the other person’s hand warm. The only sound was the wind rustling the trees. Kasamatsu wasn’t even watching the road, relying on (Name) to lead them on their aimless journey. 

“...I like how honest you are.” He suddenly said. She glanced at him with wide eyes, and then she smiled so big her cheeks started to hurt. Kasamatsu was lucky enough to see it, his eyes widened. His chest tightened immensely and he felt like the wind had been sucked out of his lungs. 

“Thank you, Yukio-kun.”

Ah, how I love you...They both thought. 

“I like how you put your hair in a bun when you need to concentrate.” 

“Mhmm..” 

“I like how you always sway when I play the guitar.” 

“Hehe.” 

“I like the way you laugh...” Neither of them were sure how much time passed as they walked without a destination in mind, but that whole time, there wasn’t a single pause in either of their long, long lists.

Kasamatsu

“You’re going to get a cold.” Kasamatsu chided as he walked into the living room. (Name) was sitting at the window sill, staring at the falling droplets illuminated by the light of the streetlamps. He precariously placed the two cups of steaming tea on some coasters nearby and walked over to his absent-minded lover. 

“It’s perfect snuggling weather.” She said suddenly, turning her (e/c) gaze to him with a smile. Kasamatsu paused, his cheeks turning pink. 

“H-hoh, is that right?” He asked cautiously. Despite the long time they’ve spent together, physical intimacy was still so hard for him to get used to. Mostly because he often wondered when he would wake up from the dream of dating someone so perfect for him. While he was busy avoiding her gaze, he completely missed her arms reaching out for him. 

“Come sit here. You can see the rain.” She urged, pulling him closer, wrapping her arms around his shoulders. Kasamatsu froze and then melted just as quickly, closing his eyes as he leaned in to kiss her. But her pretty lips passed his as she embraced him, spinning him around and then playfully pushing him onto the window sill. 

“O-Oi!” He cried indignantly, glaring half-heartedly with red cheeks at her before his expression went slack-jawed. His lover confidently climbed into his lap, now armed with a blanket and their tea in her hands. She cuddled up to him and pressed her ear against his chest as she settled in once more to look out the window. Kasamatsu tried to remain confused and irritated, but he found himself wrapping his arms around her waist and pressing his his chin on top of her head with a huff. “You’re not usually this clingy.” 

“It’s the rain.” She answered back, sipping at her tea while she cradled the cup with both hands. Kasamatsu held his cup while his arms remained locked in place around her waist. She wasn’t looking at him, which made it even easier for him to cuddle up to her without his face threatening to melt right off his skeleton. 

“You keep saying that, but I don’t know what it means.” 

“Do you really care? It’s all about atmosphere, Yukio.” She reasoned as she turned her head upwards to look up at him with a cheeky smile. “Things like this don’t always need a reason, right?” Kasamatsu’s brow relaxed as he leaned down to press his lips to her forehead. His lips were extra warm thanks to the tea. 

“I guess you’re right about that.” He agreed, rubbing his nose against hers with a rare little smile. It made her heart skip a beat, and now they both had a healthy flushing of pink on their cheeks. 

“Not fair...why are you smiling like that?” Kasamatsu hummed thoughtfully before he shrugged. “You can’t catch me off guard.” 

“I don’t want to hear that from you. Not everything needs a reason, right?” He handed her words right back to him, which made her raise an eyebrow. Setting down her tea, she turned so that she could face him properly. With only the soft pattering of the rain their only soundtrack, Kasamatsu met her halfway in a gentle kiss. 

I just hope that it rains every night from now on. 

Tsukishima

It had been such a long day.

They had traveled all the way out into the country side, where (Name) spent her summers, to visit a series of historical sites,  Then, they visited some local shrines and an old park. After that, They were supposed to eat dinner out at  her favorite childhood restaurant, but since it was the weekend there weren’t any openings. They didn’t get far before the rain started.. There were no buses, they had forgotten an umbrella, and it had been a 45 minute walk back.

Fleeing back to her grandparents’ under Tsukishima’s jacket, (Name) sent her boyfriend into the bath first so that she could help her grandparents prepare for dinner. 

By the time he came out, hair still wet and his towel around his shoulders, Tsukishima found (Name)  sitting on the edge of the porch of her grandparents’ family home. Tsukishima didn’t think he would ever find himself utterly captivated by a someone, but he had no words for the way he felt when spotted her in the fading light, the cool rain soothing the summer air. 

“Petrichor.” Tsukishima blinked, as if he thought that he had imagined her speaking. But when she turned her head to look at him, she smiled gleefully. “It’s a new English word I learned.” 

Without an invitation, Tsukishima walked over to sit beside her on the porch, his long legs allowing him to touch the ground leading into the (Name’s) grandma’s garden.

“You gonna tell me what it means?” 

“So impatient. Can’t you let the mystery last a little?” He huffed at her. 

“I don’t like beating around the bush after a day like today.” (Name) grinned and and pinched his cheek, which made him grab her hand, pouting while he laced their fingers together. She scooted closer to him, resting her head on his shoulder. 

“It’s the smell of rain on concrete. I can smell it from here.” 

“What a nerd.” He teased. 

“A nerd doesn’t have the right to say that to me. Who just spent the whole day staring at old buildings with me?” Tsukishima grabbed her cheeks in his large hand, moving in so close their noses were almost touching. 

“Whose cheeky mouth said something so rude to their loving boyfriend?” 

“Mphpmh!!” Tsukshima smirked, leaning in and placing a chaste kiss on her puckered lips before letting go. 

“You should take a bath.” (Name) stuck her tongue out at him, nuzzling the crook of his neck with a sigh. 

“Five more minutes.” But she found her eyelids growing heavy with the sound of the falling rain, and the warmth of Tsukishima’s warm hand as he ran his slender fingers through her hair.

“(Name)? Tsukishima-kun? Dinner’s ready, and...oh, my...” (Name)’s grandmother smiled fondly as she spotted Tsukishima’s back,  hunched shoulders slowly rising and falling, his hand still resting on top of the slumbering (Name)’s head. She sighed. 

“Wake up, you two! You’ll get a cold out here!”

Possessive!Main cast is my ISH so thank you for requesting this haha.  

WARNING! Profanity, suggestive language, and light violence ahead. Also, creepy creeps creeping up on a pretty gal.

She was waiting for him near the locker rooms, in the spot she promised. As she was texting him that she was waiting, she noticed a shadow step into her line of sight. As she looked up at the newcomer, she was disappointed to see it was a stranger. Looking closer, she recognized his school uniform as belonging to the team her boyfriend just annihilated on the court.

“Can I help you?”

“Hey now, that’s kind of cold. I just wanted to talk. What’s a pretty thing like you doing all alone out here?” Oh. It’s one of those guys. She simply smiled.

“I’m waiting for my boyfriend.” His smile faded a little, but to her shock, he decided to keep going. Fortunately for her, the door to his team’s locker room swung open.

Akashi

“Well, can’t we just be friends? Give me your LINE, we can chat, can’t we? Your boyfriend can’t tell you who you can talk to, right?”

“But I’m telling you that I don’t want to talk to you.” Akashi, who had been walking out of the locker rooms, heard it all. The gentle smile he always wore faded from the redhead’s face as he practically snapped his head in the direction of her voice. His lovely girlfriend had a scowl on her face. The young man had his hand on her phone, obviously trying to exchange numbers. Without another second to waste, Akashi swooped in, grabbing the man’s wrist with a vice grip.

“Excuse me, you’d best not be putting your hands on a young woman’s belongings without her explicit permission.” Akashi ground out. Simultaneously, his other hand fell open (Name)’s, threading his fingers through hers’. “You’d do best to make this your second and last loss tonight. Because the next might be your last.”

The man jumped and scurried away, leaving (Name) with an incensed Akashi. He pulled her close to him, pressing his hand to her head and cradling her against his chest, the other arm circled tightly around her waist.

“Sei-kun, I’m fine.”

“You didn’t look fine. I’m sorry I was late.” A rare grumble escaped his lips. “A shameless man like that shouldn’t ever even consider placing his hands on you.” You laughed, pulling on his cheek playfully.

“Well, he’s gone now, thanks to you and your way with words. Now, let’s forget about it and go get something to eat for my winner, yes?” Akashi’s tensed expression melted away, and he brought her hand up to kiss her wrist.

“Very well, as collateral, I’ll be occupying the rest of your night.”

Murasakibara

He took a lock her hair in his hand. “Wow,” he commented in adoration. “Your hair is so smooth, and it smells good too.” She was so tense that her shoulders ached. She wanted to scream and hit him and act like a child so that he would leave her alone. As she opened her mouth, she heart a shout and the man’s shadow was gone.

“Ew, what’s this loser doing in front of my prize?”

“A-Atsushi!?” Did he just call me his prize? She wondered to herself, but she didn’t have long to ruminate, because the looming purple giant quite literally threw the man away from her. he landed on his but a few feet away. (Name) could do nothing but stare in awe at the absurdity. She knew her boyfriend was strong, but- “Uwahh!”

Murasakibara swept his hands under her legs and scooped her up into a princess carry with ease. She instinctively wrapped her arms around his neck. She felt the heat of embarrassment travel up her nape, through her ears, and up to her cheeks as she felt the astonished stares of everyone around them.

“You’re so light, (Name)-chin. I missed you.”

“N-never mind that! What about this situation!” Murasakibara stared at her blankly for a moment, before he turned to the still stunned young man on the floor.

“By the way, (Name)-chin doesn’t just smell good, she tastes good too.” Both (Name) and the man promptly passed out, cheeks redder than a candy apple. She should have just thrown a tantrum, after all!

Aomine

“Please leave me alone.” (Name) deadpanned, deciding to return her attention to her phone. “You’ll regret it.”

“Come on, now, I’m not trying to do anything weird.” She saw his shadow shift a little closer, so close that the could feel his body in her circle despite her efforts to shift away.She was ready to make a scene, when she felt the vibration on her back of someone slamming something hard into the space above her head.

“Hey dirtbag. Quit trying to touch things that ain’t yours.” (Name) recognized the voice, though not the tone that it carried. She looked up to see Aomine, his expression sharp and dark. His brow was furrowed and his teeth were clenched so hard it sounded like he was speaking through them. He was leaning in so close that she could smell his cologne, which made her heart beat a little faster.The stranger instinctively raised his hands in defense.

“I-I was just kidding...”

“You sure? I don’t mind, I’m a confident guy.” Aomine cracked his knuckles before wrapping a gentle but firm arm around her waist, pulling her close to his chest.

“I could even beat you one handed. If not, quit wasting my fuckin’ time with my hot girlfriend and beat it before you lose a couple teeth along with the game tonight.” As the poor thing sprinted away, squealing in fear, (Name) reached up and pulled on his cheek.

“Since when was my Daiki this cool? Bring back my lame, smelly boyfriend.”

“I am always cool!”

Midorima

The man picked up her hand and brought it to his lips. She cringed and turned her head away, feeling sick. That’s when an orange-clad arm shot out, separating him from you. (Name) recognized Midorima’s back. She couldn’t see his face, but whatever look he gave turned the male’s face pale as he turned tail and ran. Without waiting for him to even disappear around the corner, Midorima had already grabbed her slender wrist with a grip much stronger than he intended.

“H-Hey, Shinar- Ow! Are you mad??” She asked as she staggered behind him with confusion written all over her face. “What did I do?” He didn’t answer as he led her out of the stadium ahead of his team. “Takao-kun will be mad if you-”

“Don’t let another man’s name leave your lips after something like that!” She bristled and glared at his back.

“What? How was that my fau-” He cut her off suddenly, as if his lips had snapped open without his will. He turned around when they were alone and grabbed her shoulders, emerald green meeting (E/C). “Have a little more consciousness when I’m not with you!” She stared at him in bewilderment before the lightbulb suddenly went off above her head. She threw her arms around his waist. He caught her on instinct, his taped hands wrapping themselves around her waist and locking into place in a tight embrace.

“I’m okay. He was just annoying. You don’t have to be so scared for my sake.” She glanced up at him, smiling in that way that he hated, since he was no match for it. He used his hand to press her face into his shoulder. He didn’t want her to see him when he was like this.

“You fool, how could I not worry when every man sees you the same way I do?”

Kise
