I'm finally reworking Suarez's rotomblr blog! He's taking Taunie/Urbain's role in this story (we finally made all the "French Suarez" jokes real!) They (Robert and Suarez) are also no longer from Hoenn but were from Alola instead!

my only rules are you keep it mainly sfw and be kind to my friends!! I'm an adult (19) but I prefer to keep things more to the sfw side because some of my friends are still teenagers! Suarez has quickly become a long standing oc of mine! I implore you to ask about his mom once again :)

I take sleep aids like magnesium and I haven’t had nightmares. I honestly suggest just trying something. If it gives you nightmares, then you don’t have to take it anymore. But sleep is important so I do urge you to at least try something.

if you're lucky sleep medication makes nightmares worse ^-^

you can typically get sleep medication at a pharmacy, some you need a prescription for while some you dont, so i recommend looking into any medication you plan on getting before getting it and familiarizing yourself with any possible side effects

some sleep medication can help with nightmares cause of how hard it knocks you out from what i heard, but not all

nightmares are typically something you get help with from like a psychiatrist

Ohhhh.... Neat!! If I can find a medication that'll knock me out as hard as Altair tends to sleep... I wouldn't mind that-!
