You slowly open your eyes, squinting them to make out the numbers on your clock—𝟩:𝟢𝟦 ᴀᴍ—deciding that this is definitely to early to be up on a Sunday, you turn around to seek out the warmth of your husband, but before you could even wonder where Bruce was, you heard a sound coming from the other side of your door. Blinking a few times more to get the fogginess to leave your mind, you start to realise that that's the reason to why you woke up in the first place—𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘺𝘴 𝘨𝘪𝘨𝘨𝘭𝘦𝘴.
"Boys, I told you it's too early. Mom's still sleeping." At least now you don't have to wonder why Bruce isn't asleep next to you.
"But we made her pancakes," your hear Dick whine to his father, probably with a cute little pout on his lips.
"And I picked some flowers for her," Jason also whines, probably with the same pout on his lips.
"Boys," you call out to them. You're awake anyway, and pancakes sounds pretty good to you right now, and you had the feeling that your husband had a hard time to say 'no' to the boys when they both looked at him with puppy eyes.
Dick and Jason burst immediately when they heard your voice through the door with wide smiles on their faces. "Happy Mother's Day," they say at the same time, jumping into bed so they each could cling to one of your sides to hug you, and to give you a kiss on the cheek.
"Thanks, little birdies," you say, giving each of them a kiss on the head before you cup their cheeks, noticing that they are covered in flour, and Jason even in some dirt. You turn your head to the door to ask Bruce what happened to them, but he didn't followed the boys in and you had slowly a feeling as to why. "Darling?"
"Yes?"
"How bad is it?"
Bruce walks slowly into the room, almost a bit sheepish. He was covered from head to toe with flour, and 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘦𝘨𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘵-𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘵? "I promise the kitchen is almost clean."
You completely lose it when you see him and burst out in laughter, wiping some tears from your eyes, making your boys laugh with you. "As long as it's clean before Alfred sees—"
"MASTER BRUCE!"
"Too late," Dick giggles while Bruce and Jason wince.
"Alright, c'mere," Bruce says, grabbing Dick away from you to sat him back down on the floor, "the egg on the ceiling is your fault so you'll help me clean it."
The boy groans, slumping against Bruce. It's not his fault that the egg landed on the ceiling. He just tried to juggle the eggs, and then to let them land in the bowl, but then Jason scared him when he burst into the kitchen after the younger boy picked some flowers for you, so the last egg flew a little bit to high, how is that his fault? Sure his dad told him not to juggle with the eggs, but he wasn't looking at that moment and Dick is really great at juggling and—𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘩 𝘰𝘬𝘢𝘺, 𝘮𝘢𝘺𝘣𝘦 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘧𝘢𝘶𝘭𝘵.
"Fine," he mumbles, before his eyes shine with excitement, "but first I'll get the present for mom, and than some pancakes, oh and—"
"First present," Bruce agrees to end the ramble of his son, turning him around to the door, "then we clean and Alfred or Jason can bring mom some pancakes in the meantime."
"I think he stopped listening to you after you agreed," you laugh, hugging Jason closer to you while you watch your eldest son running out the door.
"Yeah, thought so," he says, stepping towards the bed to lean down to give you a kiss, frowning when you lean away from him. "What're you doing?" he mumbles, trying to follow you, but you hold Jason in front of your face, who laughs when you tickle his side.
Bruce smiles, knowing you want to tease him. "Why don't you go and grab the flowers you picked for mom?," Bruce says to Jason, helping him out of your grip when you realise what Bruce's plan was.
"Jay, noooo, come back," you say with an overly dramatic voice, pressing your foot on Bruce's chest when he tries to lean down again.
"Guess he doesn't listen to you," Bruce smirks, grabbing your ankle to pull you to the edge of the bed.
"Bruce," you shriek between a groan and some giggles when his body lands on top of yours to pepper your face in kisses. "Go and help our son," you laugh, trying to push his face playfully away from you.
"Yes, ma'am," he agrees with a final peck on your lips before he stands up with a wink, stepping out of the bedroom where he sees Dick and Jason run with a plate of pancakes and flowers to your room again.
"You two should clean the kitchen."
"Alfred said that as an adult you should have assessed the situation better, so it's actually your fault that the kitchen looks like that," Dick shrugs.
"It's also Mother's Day," Jason deadpans, "and we would like to spend some time with our."
Bruce laughs in disbelief, they both got that mischief behaviour from you, "you could've at least clean yourself."
"I'm sure you're also capable of cleaning your bed," Dick smiles, following his brother into your bedroom, leaving his father alone in the hallway who simply laughed and made his way downstairs into the kitchen.
"Here are your pancakes," Dick smiles, handing you the plate with pancakes in the shape of hearts on it.
"Thanks, sweetheart," you grab the plate, and take a bit from it, "their really good."
"And here are your flowers," Jason says, holding a bouquet of different flowers in his hand, he just picked whatever looked beautiful to him.
"Thank you baby," you put the flowers in the vase on your nightstand that usually hold flowers from Bruce, but he must've removed them when Jason told him he wants to pick some flowers from the garden for you.
"How about we watch a bit TV as long as your dad's cleaning the kitchen?," you smile, having heard what the boys told him in the hallway, normally you would've told them to help their father, but you carved some morning cuddles with your boys, who knows how long they'll want to do that? (Spoiler: they always want to cuddle with you).
After some eating, watching TV and some cuddles, Bruce was finished with the kitchen, and grabbed the boys to clean themselves before you all go to visit his parents grave with some flowers for his mother, and then do the same with Dick's, before you all meet up with your mother to go on a nice picnic on this beautiful day.

Pairing - bruce wyane x wife!reader The public adored you, your husband, Bruce Wayne love you and the joker was interested in you. Not in admiration, he was interested to see what batman would do if something were to happen to you
The people of Gotham City had always loved the story of Bruce Wayne and you.
To the public, it looked like something out of a fairy tale. Gotham’s billionaire prince married to someone who had been beside him long before the cameras, before the endless charity galas, before the reporters and flashing lights.
You had loved Bruce before the world started paying attention, before people began calling you “Gotham’s perfect couple.” People adored watching the two of you together.
They saw the quiet glances across crowded rooms, the way Bruce’s normally controlled expression softened whenever you were nearby. They saw how his hand would always find yours without thinking, like some instinct he had never been able to turn off.
But the public only saw Bruce Wayne.
You knew the man beneath the suit.
You knew the long nights when he disappeared. The shadows that followed him even when he tried to smile. You knew the quiet grief that still lived behind his eyes when he thought no one was watching. And you loved him anyway—through the darkness, through the secrets he never fully explained, through the part of him that never truly rested.
For Bruce, you were the one thing in the world that made everything else bearable, and that was exactly what caught the attention of Joker.
The Joker had been watching the headlines for weeks. Photographs of you and Bruce at charity events, interviews where reporters teased you about your marriage. Little moments caught on camera where Bruce instinctively stepped closer to you in a crowd as if protecting you without realizing it.
To everyone else, it looked like love, to Joker, it looked like a target because nothing fascinated him more than breaking the things Batman cared about.
The night everything changed should have been ordinary.
You had left a charity event a little early, leaning closer to Bruce as music drifted through the ballroom of Wayne Tower. Your hand rested lightly against his arm, your voice quiet as you told him you were feeling tired and wanted to head home. Bruce had looked at you with that familiar softness, the one he rarely showed anyone else.
“I won’t be long,” he promised quietly.
You smiled at him, brushing a small kiss against his cheek before stepping away from the crowd.
Neither of you knew it would be the last time.
Your car never made it back home.
By the time Batman heard about the disturbance near the docks, it was already too late.
The warehouse was silent when he arrived. Too silent, no explosions, no traps, none of the chaos that usually followed The Joker. Just the distant sound of water hitting the dock outside and the faint flicker of broken lights above.
Batman stepped through the doorway cautiously, cape dragging softly across the dusty floor. Something in his chest already felt wrong, like a quiet instinct trying to warn him before his mind caught up.
Then he saw you. For a moment, he couldn’t move.
You were lying beneath the pale overhead light in the center of the room, the world around you still and empty. Bruce’s breathing halted.
“No…” The word left him before he realized he had spoken.
He moved forward slowly, each step heavier than the last, as if his body was fighting against the truth his eyes were already seeing. When he finally knelt beside you, his hands hovered for a moment before gently touching your shoulder.
The armor and cowl made him look untouchable, unbreakable, but the man inside them was anything but.
“Please,” he whispered under his breath, the word barely audible.
You didn’t move. The realization hit him all at once, sharp and crushing in a way no enemy ever had.
Batman had faced monsters, killers, entire armies of criminals in Gotham. None of them had ever made him feel this powerless. Beside you on the floor was a small envelope pinned down by a playing card.
A joke.
Bruce’s gloved hand slowly reached for it, pulling the paper free. The handwriting was sloppy and uneven, unmistakably the Joker’s.
Bats,
You always look so serious. I thought you could use a surprise.
But wait, there’s more.
You might want to check the little medical report I left you.
Turns out your perfect life was about to get even better.
from your best pal - joker
Bruce frowned beneath the cowl, confusion cutting through the grief for a moment as he opened the smaller envelope beneath it.
Inside was a folded medical report. His eyes scanned the page once, then again.
It was a pregnancy confirmation.
Eight weeks.
Everything in the warehouse seemed to fall silent. Bruce’s grip tightened around the paper as the words settled into his mind.
You had been pregnant, with his child.
Memories flashed through his mind all at once, little things he hadn’t understood at the time. The way you had seemed distracted lately, the quiet smile you had worn earlier that night.
The way you had touched his arm before leaving the gala, almost like you had something you wanted to say. You had known, you had been planning to tell him.
Maybe tonight.
Maybe tomorrow morning.
Maybe when the two of you were finally alone.
Bruce lowered his head slowly, one hand still resting against you as if refusing to let go. For years he had convinced himself that the life he lived didn’t allow for things like this. That Gotham would always take too much from him for him to ever have a real family again.
But you had changed that. You had given him hope for something more and now it was gone.
The Joker hadn’t just taken the person Bruce loved most, he had taken a future Bruce had barely allowed himself to imagine.
For a long time, Batman stayed there beside you in the silent warehouse, the city continuing outside as if nothing had happened.
Finally, he lifted you carefully into his arms, his movements were slow, almost reverent. The Joker believed this would break him.
But as Bruce carried you out of the warehouse and into the cold Gotham night, something inside him hardened into something far more dangerous than grief.
Because the Joker had just taken everything from Batman.
It was dark outside, loud with sirens and the Bat-Signal lighting up the sky.
Even though the rain beat hard against the window, the room felt warm—his arms wrapped snug around your waist, his breath heavy against your neck. You groaned, stirring awake as the sirens grew louder. God, criminals in Gotham never slept, and it annoyed you.
You nudged his side with your elbow.
“Harvey, baby… why’s it so loud outside? Did one of your friends do something? It’s midnight, for god’s sake.”
Two-Face—Harvey—just hummed from beneath the blanket, too comfortable to answer or explain. You sighed, slowly turning to face him.
Cupping his scarred cheek with gentle fingers, you blew on his face until he frowned.
“I can’t sleep. It’s too loud. Come on, baby—make it stop.” You kept blowing on his face, giggling when his eyes cracked open, annoyed that his sleep had been stolen by his princess—well, his princess.
“I’m not even a leader. You think I do all that shit?” he grunted, his voice rough and hoarse—the other side of him, Two-Face.
You didn’t panic. Instead, you pouted.
“I can’t sleep, babies.”
He let out a long, sharp sigh, rubbing a hand down his face.
“Go to sleep, or I’ll fucking spank you.”
You narrowed your eyes, ready to fight back—but you knew better. When that side of Harvey was fronting, he meant every word. So you shut your eyes, pretending to sleep with an exaggerated pout still on your lips. Your hand wandered anyway, resting against his chest, searching for warmth.
Two-Face let out a low wheeze, shaking his head before wrapping his broad arms around you. His scarred hand scratched lazily at your back, soothing, lulling you like a child until your breaths evened out again. He stayed awake, staring at the ceiling.
He never imagined he’d find comfort like this—lying in bed with the only woman who’d accepted him. Not just Harvey. Not just Two-Face. All of him.

MASTERLIST part two!
it started when batman and superman were at the watchtower together.
they were doing their own work silently, at opposite ends of the table.
superman was pretending that he wasn’t secretly writing an article for the daily planet that was due within the week (that he had completely forgotten about), and batman was pretending that he wasn’t secretly texting his wife under the table.
bruce: how is the opera, my love? i’m sorry i couldn’t be there, the league has demands.
a lie. he just had a headache earlier and felt like jumping out of a window at the thought of having to put on a smile for the folk and sit through an opera. he did feel guilty about you being on your own, though.
you: it’s alright. i actually know some people here, and they aren’t all bad, bruce.
bruce: you say that now, but wait until they each give you a rundown on each car in their garage.
you: like how you give me a rundown on each gadget you come up with in the batcave?
bruce: that’s different.
you: of course it is. i actually like listening to you.
the familiar ‘ping!’ of one of batman’s gadgets interrupted the silence.
superman looked up, eager to be doing something other than whatever paper in front of him that he wasn’t even focusing on.
“what is that?” his words came out immediately, and before batman could answer, he was speaking again. “robbery? alien invasion?”
“Poison Ivy in Gotham.” Batman is already standing, beginning his exit of the watchtower. Superman follows him.
“Can I come? Please?”
Batman turns, looking at him. “What?”
“It’s boring in here!” Superman gestures around. “And if I’m on my own it’ll be even more boring. C’mon, Batman, I can help you.”
Batman considers it for a moment before sighing. “Fine. But we’re going in the Batmobile.”
“But I can-“
“You are not flying me there, Superman.”
A few minutes later, they’re in the opera hall. Ivy seems to have taken over the stage, giving a speech on ways for the average person to decrease their carbon footprint.
Batman can see a few different people caught between her weeds. Long, thick plants have people in their grip. He scans the room quickly for you, breathing a silent sigh of relief when he sees that you are not captured, but instead just huddled in the corner with a group of others.
Superman doesn’t notice the way that Batman isn’t looking at Ivy, and begins his attack. Batman quickly follows. After a swift battle (turns out having Superman as an ally cuts down on battle time), Ivy is restrained and authorities arrive. The two start on recovering civilians before they both encounter you.
You’re comforting one of the women that was tangled in the weeds. You’re sitting beside her, nodding as she talked. You recognise the familiar pair of boots coming from the side of you. Your head lifts up slightly as you catch sight of the two men.
“Are you alright, Mrs. Wayne?” Superman speaks first, the familiar concern he has for everyone clear in his voice and expression. He recognises you from articles, and he’s heard enough from Cat Grant at the Daily Planet to know you’re married to Bruce Wayne.
“Yes, I’m fine,” you answer with a small smile. Your eyes move to Batman. “Thank you.”
Superman gives Batman a side glance as he hears Batmans heart skip a beat when you smile at him. He tries to not to make his suspicion obvious. However, he turns a little when he hears that Batmans heartbeat is now quicker than it had been five minutes ago.
However, nothing on Batmans mostly covered face gave away any feelings. He just nodded and said a quick: “Stay safe, ma’am.”
And Superman didn’t bring it up again. Perhaps it was just a coincidence. A heart skip doesn’t always mean feelings of infatuation, right?
The second time is with Flash and Green Lantern.
Batman is a stark contrast to the pair. Barry and Hal are close friends, and joke around when put together. Bruce will sigh, and tell them to be quiet, and then Barry tries to be serious, but Hal will mutter a sarcastic comment that makes him start laughing again and the cycle repeats.
So Batman is already tense from working with the two.
They’re investigating a case together, and encounter you somehow. (sorry that’s so vague i literally cannot think of a specific scenario here to save my life)
Flash asks you a few questions if you’ve seen or heard anything suspicious, and you shake your head and answer. Barry notices Batmans shoulders softening a little beside him.
It isn’t hugely noticeable, but Barry senses it. Batmans shoulders loose some of their tension as he talks to you, this civilian. And when Hal opens his mouth to make an implying comment, he tenses right back up again.
Barry’s eyes narrow. It isn’t often that the Bat actually feels emotions, so when he does, his friends take an interest.
On the way back, Barry nudges Hal.
“Hey, you notice the way Bats was acting around that woman earlier?” He whispers so the third man in front of them doesn’t hear.
“You mean that really hot one? Who wouldn’t act like that around her? Did you see her, Bar?”
Barry gives him a look, “yeah, but this is Batman. Brooding, stays-in-the-shadows, feels-nothing-but-rage-24/7, Batman.”
Hal ponders before shrugging. “I don’t know, maybe Spooky’s changed. Never underestimate the power of a beautiful woman, Barry.”
Barry thinks. “She looked kinda familiar, didn’t she? I can’t think of where I’ve seen her before.”
And when they see that the familiar face they were talking to was Bruce Wayne’s wife, they give each other an alarmed look before looking at Batman from across the room.
The third time was with Oliver goddamn Queen.
A charity gala. Bruce couldn’t go because he had intel that Scarecrow was planning on infiltrating the building while everyone was distracted, something about wanting to ‘test out a new gas’, and he had to be on watch as Batman for the evening.
You, however, decided to go. You had a nice dress and were getting close to some of the women there your age. It was nice to not be a total stranger in the room anymore.
So, as you filtered around the room, you met Oliver Queen. He sometimes teases Bruce on purpose by asking for a dance with you at other galas, but without Bruce he was simply a friend to enjoy a chat with.
When Scarecrow did burst in, you actually had been dancing with Oliver. A friendly turn around the room like the others were doing. By the time Batman had taken him down, and everyone emerged from the corners or hidden rooms, Oliver checked to see if you were okay. Lord knows Bruce would probably blame him if anything happened to you.
You were fine, thank God. Oliver’s sentence was interrupted by the Bat himself.
“Was anybody harmed?” the gruff voice asked, his gaze trying not to linger on you for too long.
“I don’t think so,” you replied. Oliver looked at Batman with a certain questioning that nobody seemed to notice.
“Good.” Batman was silent for a moment before speaking again. “Perhaps you all should start making your ways home. Scarecrow might return, or someone worse.”
You don’t miss a beat. “It’s a good thing we have someone like you to protect us, Batman.”
“Only a fool wouldn’t protect you, ma’am.”
Oliver blinked. Is Batman . . . flirting? With a married woman? Also, was that sentence a sneaky diss on him?
and Oliver could’ve sworn on his entire fortune that Batman’s lips were almost in a grin during his next sentence.
“Your husband is probably waiting on you, Mrs. Wayne.”
Oliver raised his eyebrows at your response. You laughed a little under your breath before speaking, “probably. I wouldn’t want to keep him up.”
Oliver looks between you and Batman. Perhaps he’s imagining things. You turn to him as if you’ve just remembered that he’s still there.
“Oliver, you have a safe way home, right?”
“Yeah, I’ll call my driver.”
He doesn’t bring it up the next time he sees Batman as Green Arrow. Batman doesn’t speak of it either. But his eyes narrow a little at the Bats whenever Bruce Wayne or his wife is mentioned.
Eventually, it comes up in conversation when Batman isn’t there.
They’re in the common room, and Diana is flipping through the newspaper. She’s on a page that features a picture of you at the latest event with a description of your outfit beside it. Beside her, Hal recognises you.
“Hey, Flash,” he begins, stabbing the page with his finger. “Isn’t that who we were talking to a couple days earlier?”
Barry is behind the couch in a second, nodding. “Yeah, we asked her a couple questions with Batman.” He looks up a takes a quick glance to see if anyone’s expression changes. “He seemed . . . different around her.”
Clark closes the book in his hand with a loud snap, looking at the three on the couch.
“You’ve noticed too?”
Hal laughs, “that Bats has the hots for a married woman? Yeah.”
Diana frowns a little. “That is unlike Batman. He’s known for his self-restraint. It doesn’t seem likely he would harbour a liking for someone else’s wife, especially Bruce Wayne’s. Doesn’t Wayne sponsor him or something?”
Oliver joins in. “Wonder Woman, you haven’t seen him with her. I mean, it was only a few seconds but he was a totally different person.”
“How so?” Diana asked curiously.
“He . . . relaxed a little.”
She raised her eyebrows. Barry cut in.
“Wonder, you need to see it to understand it. It’s like no one else even enters his mind when he’s looking at her. I think everything else sorta faded away, you know?”
“Like in those rom-coms I’ve been shown?” She suggests.
“Yeah!”
Clark thinks for a moment, wondering what to do to help his obviously hopeless friend. How do you break the news to an emotionally constipated Bat that he has to squash his feelings before anything terrible happens?
So, they organise an intervention. A very unorganised organised intervention.
Your name gets mentioned during a briefing. About how you could be potential target for a kidnapping due to your status.
Hal’s mouth works quicker than his mind.
“What about Bruce Wayne?”
“What about Bruce Wayne?” Batman asks in his low voice, his back still turned to the team.
“Just saying, he’s probably a potential target too, right?” Green Lantern points out. “He’s her husband, after all.”
Batman turns. They all seem to be looking for his reaction.
“Right, I was just getting to that.” He says stiffly. “So I think until Joker is tracked down again, a pair of eyes should be on them. Since Gotham is my city, I can-“
“Ohhhh, hold on,” Flash says, leaning forward. “Central City has been very quiet lately, so I’m free too.”
Wonder Woman joins in. “I’m interested too. I think the more people, the quicker we could get this done.”
Batman blinks. “Why the sudden interest in Gotham from you two?”
They both shrug, mumbling incoherent words that overlap each other. Something about “new environments” and “change of pace”.
Green Arrow smirks. “I wouldn’t mind accompanying. (Name) and her husband should get all the protection they can get.”
Batman isn’t showing it, but he’s confused. Less members have volunteered themselves for prison breaks. Why are three other members wanting to go to Gotham for an unconfirmed threat? And why do they keep looking at him like that?
“Yes,” Superman clears his throat. “Mrs (Name) is a kind woman who shouldn’t be in danger. And Bruce Wayne is similar in nature. He is valuable to Gotham City.”
Batman prepared his disliking-Bruce-Wayne act with practised ease. “Bruce Wayne is a spoiled idiot.”
“Of course you think that.” Green Lantern mutters with a smug smirk. Flash nudges him.
“What do you mean?” Batman asks, and Hal practically explodes.
“We know you’re attracted to (Name) Wayne!” He says, making Barry cover his eyes with his hands. Not how the conversation was supposed to go.
“Excuse me?” Batman is -frankly- appalled. Hal grimaces, instantly reminded of who exactly he’s talking to.
“You’re, uh . . .” he splutters before quickly mumbling, “you’re in love with (name).” He gains some of his confidence, and straightens up again, “and you were about to let Bruce Wayne get kidnapped, so you could swoop in and seduce her!” He tops it all off with hand gestures of the supposed ‘swooping’.
Batmans gaze sweeps the table. Nobody meets his eye except Diana, who just seems to be staring at him for his response. A few of them have to stop themselves from laughing at the idea of Batman ‘seducing’ someone.
“And what exactly gave you that idea?”
Barry is filled with a newfound confidence. “Oh, c’mon Bats, a blind man would see how you act around her!” He smirked a little. “You went a little . . . soft.”
Green Arrow snorts. “Sometimes I think you’re only protecting Gotham because she’s in it.”
Batman thinks. Has he been that transparent? He’s always careful about his expressions and body reactions. Maybe he is getting soft. He obviously didn’t take enough care.
A fleeting image passes his mind, where he declares his love for you to the team. How could he not show you off? He would love to tell them that you were with him.
But, of course, he doesn’t do that. He just blinks.
“I am not in love with (name), that’s ridiculous.” He scoffs. “Number one, I don’t fall in love with anyone. Number two, she’s married, so I think that means she’s out of the dating pool.”
Not one face looking back at him looks convinced.
However, a cold stare and a swift change of topic ensured that nobody tries to start the conversation again.
They do, however, take a bigger interest in Gotham nowadays. Whenever a mission includes you somehow, there’s always one of them volunteering to go. They all think that distance will make sure Batman goes back to his cold and steely ways of not having a crush on anyone’s wife.
Bruce crawls under the covers with a small groan, shuffling next to you. His arms go around your warm body as he rests his face near yours. He’s desperate to soak up your warmth after being out in the cold all night.
“Long night?” you ask, your voice still quiet from sleep.
“Long day,” he responds, tucking himself into you. You keep your arms around him. “The League accused Batman of being attracted to Bruce Wayne’s wife today.”
It takes you a moment to realise what he’s talking about. You breathe out a laugh. “Is Batman not in love with me?”
Bruce grins against your skin. “He might be.” He murmurs. “Just a little, though.”
You raise your eyebrows, turning to look at Bruce. “Does Batman know I’m married? And that I’m very loyal to my husband?”
“Oh, yes,” he responded, and sits up a little. he pressed his forehead to yours. “and Batman knows that there’s nobody else on this earth that loves you more than I do.”
You smile, your fingers in his hair now. he leans closer to press his lips to yours, an action that you return. Bruce keeps himself against you for a long time. He likes falling asleep with you in his arms. He likes feeling like the protector.
It’s why he needs to sleep on the side of the bed closest to the door. It’s why he needs to know where you are each night. It’s why he needs to know you’re safe. And if your safety comes along with each League member giving him looks because they think he’s harbouring a crush for another man’s wife, then so be it.

I’ve also been playing Love and Deep space :) I’ve been interested in writing MMF one shots. I only have the following pairings.
Caleb and Zayne x reader (childhood memories)
Sylus and Rafael (spoiled brats)
Finally I’m working on a story… like a book. I have the first two chapters and imma be honest, it’s a monster nsfw thing.
"A Robin will be the son of Batman". She says as she caress one of her boys cheeks as they lay their head on her chest that rises up and down with each breath while the rest of her children settle around her form.
"but you,-". She turns to each one of them, saying their real name -not their hero or vigilante name- with love and adoration, giving them kisses and affection as they receive her love with open arms.
"-shall be mine". She finishes while looking at them.
Her children, her love, her life.
Batman will be the Father of the Robins and Batgirls, But She will be the Mother of Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Barbara Gordon, Tim Drake, Stephanie Brown, Damian Wayne, Cassandra Cain and Duke Thomas.

There weren't many occasions when you went to visit Dick, the boy still lived in the mansion but perhaps spent a few weeks away busy, since the young Justice was created, and Bruce decided that his protégé was ready to work as a team, the weeks began to feel longer.
So once or twice, when your schedule wasn't jam packed with charity events, Wayne Enterprises meetings, or nights spent patrolling with Bruce, you'd indulged yourself in a quick trip to Mount Justice. Sometimes just to see him for five minutes, to leave him a gift, or other times, like today, with a small, foilwrapped box filled with those coconut cookies Alfred taught you how to make.
What you didn't expect was to cause a little chaos in the group of teenagers as soon as you set foot inside the place.
"Isn't that Mrs. Wayne? Look at her shoes, Z!" you heard someone whisper.
"It can't be his mother, she's not old enough," said another.
"Maybe the league sent her to show us something, I'd like it to be her locker room."
You turned with a friendly smile, letting your dark glasses slide down the end of your nose. "Hey girls, how are you? I'm looking for Robin."
M'gann's eyes widened, dropping the rag she'd been wiping the table with. She'd seen you several times in the magazines she'd bought about the world of entertainment, or on television when there were galas and all the cameras were waiting for Mr. and Mrs. Wayne to arrive. You were definitely more imposing in person. Zatanna giggled nervously. Her friend's mom? She was truly dazzling, and Artemis simply crossed her arms, sizing you up and down with a raised eyebrow, trying to hide her surprise at your arrival.
"I knew it was you!" Zatanna exclaimed, delighted. "Wow... Mrs. Wayne, it's a pleasure."
“And a sight,” Artemis muttered under her breath.
Behind you, a burst of speed announced the arrival of Wally, his hair tousled and his expression ecstatic. "I knew it was your perfume" he said breathlessly, stopping right in front of you. "How are you, Mrs. Wayne?"
You smiled at him with the same warmth you used years ago to serve him hot chocolate in the mansion's kitchen. "Oh, Wally boy, I'm doing great. Thanks for asking. How have you been?"
Wally smiled like he'd won the lottery. "Better now, definitely better now that I see her."
Dick arrived just in time to stop the conversation before it escalated, as always. His gaze flicked from you to Wally and back to you, visibly irritated… and blushing. "Flirting with my mom again? Go away."
Wally threw up his hands as if he were innocent of it all. "Hey! I'm not flirting, I'm being cordial, polite, im appreciating your mom, bro"
"Take your words back, she doesn't want you to like her," Dick muttered, crossing his arms. "Do you realize she's my mom? You son of a b-"
"Boys..." you interrupted, your voice soft, but enough to silence both of them immediately. You walked over to Dick and gently smoothed back a strand of his unruly hair. "Don't fight with your friend over me. I came to visit you, and it's too early for a jealous scene."
"I'm not jealous!" he said, almost indignantly.
"Okay, enough with the drama," Wally came up from the side, his expression pleading. "Can I get a pity cookie?"
"I don't know... Are you going to keep staring and saying things to my mother?" Dick snapped.
"Only the truth."
"Then no."
M'gann appeared at the side of the table, smiling curiously. "What are the cookies made of?"
"It only have coconut and love," you replied, opening the box and showing the perfectly arranged cookies.
Zatanna came over too, intrigued. “Wow. Did you make these?”
"Some of them are mine. Others… Alfred, obviously the best ones are Alfred's."
Wally sniffed from a distance. “Is that… coconut with white chocolate chips?”
Dick squeezed the lid of the box tightly. "Don't even think about it.
"You're cruel," Wally replied, turning to you with an expression that sought mercy. "Could I at least touch the box?"
"Do you want to have both hands?
Wally paused for a second, assessing the threat and still, he reached out. "It's worth the risk."
Dick growled. "Don't touch the box."
But it was too late. You had taken a cookie and offered it to him yourself.
Wally grabbed it like it was an Olympic trophy. "I promise that... well, I don't really promise anything," he said, and brought it to his mouth before Dick could swat it away.
Dick sank into the armchair with a dramatic sigh. "Can we go back to the part where my mom came to visit me and not steal the show?"
"What's your mom's fault she's pretty?" Conner asked before popping a cookie into his mouth, completely ignoring Dick's glare.
That was the last time you visited Mount Justice at Dick's request. He truly loved you, but he preferred you not to go there. From then on, you'd see him at the mansion. Or he'd come looking for you after a mission, but you never returned to the Mount.
But never say never, even though it wasn't common for you to visit the new facilities. In fact, you hadn't done so since your son asked you to years ago.
But this time it was different. It was necessary for you to go there since your husband had asked you to carry classified information and couldn't leave the computer, so you were the only person trustworthy enough available to carry the sensitive file.
Although your clothes were more sober than before, you were still yourself. You liked comfortable clothes that didn't look like you were at home, something elegant that allowed you to feel confident. But even though you made a great effort with your appearance, the common room fell silent as soon as you entered.
"Who... is that?" Bart whispered, stopping mid-comment about video games.
"Oh, Nightwing and Robin's mom"M'gann approached to look at the situation."Hello Mrs. Wayne!"
"Wow, is that their mom?" Jaime asked, his eyes wide.
You just smiled, politely and distantly. Greeting the team was quick, efficient, maternal, yet professional. You handed the sealed envelope to Kaldur, and when you saw Dick appear in the hallway, you gave him the same gentle smile as always.
"I didn't know you were coming," he said to you in a low voice as he approached.
"Bruce didn't have many options available to him," you replied. "So here I am."
"Yes, it shows, Mom."
You spent a few minutes talking with him. Not much. Just enough to catch up. You asked him if he was eating well, if he was sleeping at least five hours, if he was talking to Alfred more often. He pretended to be bothered by the questions, but he didn't take his eyes off you; he had a pending visit at the mansion.
When it was time to leave, you walked back toward the Zeta Tube without rushing. Dick accompanied you for a few meters.
"Thanks for coming," he said, scratching the back of his neck. "I know you don't like being in the middle of all this."
"I don't mind," you said. "I just don't want to inconvenience you."
Dick smiled faintly. "You don't. At least the rest didn't show up."
You stroked his face with your fingers, just like when he was ten. "You have a good team, and you're doing a good job."
Dick blushed, as if he hadn't expected to hear that from you. He looked down and nodded. "I'll call you tomorrow" he promised.
"I hope so." And you were gone, the sound of the Zeta Tube filling the room for a second, and then, nothing. Silence.
Just at that moment, the side door opened.
Wally and Conner entered, carrying bags of food and chatting animatedly. They both stopped when they saw the blue light trail from the portal dissipate.
"Who left?" Conner asked, putting the food on the table.
"Was it... a visitor?" Wally raised his eyebrows, turning to face the group. "Don't tell me your mother finally came!"
Jaime nodded, trying not to laugh. "Three seconds ago. He was here."
Conner turned to Dick. “Was that your mom? She looks… prettier than last time.”
Dick glared at him. “Conner…”
But it was too late.
"Yeah, dude. Your mom's such a milf" Wally said cheerfully, as if he'd just made the most harmless comment in the world.
Dick froze for a second, until he exploded. "WHAT DID YOU SAY!?"
"THAT'S A COMPLIMENT!" Wally shouted, backing away.
"I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!" Dick launched himself after him without a second thought.
Wally was already running, but he was laughing. "Say it with pride, bro!"
The shouting moved away through the corridors at an absurd speed.
Conner looked at the rest of the group. "I just said she looked pretty."
Tim sighed. “Can we just agree that no one else talks about our Mother? Thanks.”
“Still… your mom is gorgeous,” Cassie murmured with a smile.
And from the hallway, an angry voice shouted, “DON’T CALL MY MOTHER A MILF!”

They were patrolling the city when a call came from the Watchtower, so Batman had to take Robin there for a quick meeting with J'onn and Diana, but before leaving he left the boy a warning.
"Don't touch anything, don't bother anyone, your mother will come for you soon."
But Dick Grayson was a restless kid and too curious for his own good. He'd spent the last three minutes spinning around in a control chair, watching Barry and Hal talk and laugh. Why did he have to just sit there and not have a little fun with them? They looked funny.
But Bruce's words, "Don't touch anything, don't bother anyone, your mother will be here for you," were still on his mind, but it was too late; he was already breaking the second rule. Dick quietly slid out of his chair, walked over to them, and stood with his arms crossed. "Can I ask a question?"
Barry turned, still smiling. Hal raised an eyebrow. “Sure, little bat,” Hal said. “Do you want to know?”
Dick looked at them very seriously. "I want to know which member of the League my mom dated before she dated Bruce."
The silence was immediate.
Barry blinked. Hal choked on his coffee. Dick looked at them as if he'd asked about the weather.
"What... what did you say, champ?" Barry stammered.
"you heard right."
Hal and Barry exchanged a look of pure, shining curiosity.
“Is that… true?” Hal whispered.
"I've never heard of it," Barry said, leaning in as if Dick were revealing a state secret. "But now I need to know."
"Are you going to help me or not?" Dick, already a little tired, crossed his arms.
"Of course!" Hal responded immediately. "Anything for... the investigation..."
After a few long minutes of plotting the plan, it was finally put into motion. Hallway after hall, one by one, they began interrogating all available members.
Diana saw them coming from the hallway. “Hi, Dick,” she said with a sweet smile. “Are you behaving?”
Dick swallowed. “Yeah...well, technically no, but I'm doing some research.”
"Oh really?" Diana asked, interested.
Hal stepped forward. "Diana, this is for everyone's peace of mind. Do you know who Mrs. Wayne was with before Bruce?"
Diana gave a soft laugh, as if she'd just been asked for the recipe for immortality. "I know things..." she said enigmatically.
"Things?" the three exclaimed in unison.
"But its not my thing to tell."
"Diana, please!"
She winked and left without another word. Dick sighed a little in frustration. Obviously, Diana knew. They went out at least twice a week to spend time together, but his mother's confidant would never tell them anything.
The next person to be questioned was Aquaman, but he didn't turn out as well as they thought.
"Arthur. Did you ever go on a date with Bruce's wife?"
Arthur stopped talking to Mera and looked at them like they were talking prawns. "What? No! Of course not! I'm a married man."
"But before..."
"I'm still a decent man!" he exclaimed, crossing his arms in real offense.
Dick scribbled “Vehement denial, he was standing in front of his wife, he’d be a good suspect, but definitely not the mom type.”
“Who else is missing?” he asked quietly.
"Green Arrow isn't here today," Hal replied. "I think he was coming later."
"And I don't know if you want to include Plastic Man," Barry added, wincing. "But he'll probably say yes just to spite your dad."
Dick nodded thoughtfully.
"I think J'onn's" Barry said after counting on his fingers.
Dick looked at him expressionlessly. "Barry… really?"
Barry threw up his hands, offended, "Okay, okay, let's move on to the next one," Barry said, assuming his previous guess wasn't that smart.
The next person to be questioned was Superman, the man was sitting there in one of the chairs looking at his cup with a smile. "May I know what this little operation is up to?
Dick, Barry, and Hal stopped in front of him as if they were guilty in a trial.
"We're... solving a mystery," Dick replied seriously.
"We want to know which League member Bruce's wife dated before she was with him" Barry added, unfiltered.
Hal nodded solemnly, as if they were carrying on a noble cause.
Clark gave a short, relaxed laugh. He placed his cup on the table and looked at them with the calm expression of someone who's seen it all... and isn't impressed by anything. "All I can tell you..." he said calmly, "is that Bruce wasn't the first... but he was the last."
And with that, he picked up his cup again and stared off into space as if he'd just finished reading the end of a great novel. The three of them fell silent.
"What does that mean?" Hal muttered, confused.
"It means he didn't say anything," Barry complained. .
"It's a closing line to avoid getting into trouble," Dick said, arms crossed.
Frustrated, they walked away from the area. No more clues, no more answers. They returned to where they had started, near the checkpoint, and slumped into their chairs like defeated detectives.
Barry sighed. “I thought we were going to settle something today. What are we, the Uncertainty League?”
"We could have gotten more if we'd put more pressure on Diana," Hal said, annoyed.
"The worst part is, I'm even more confused than before," Dick muttered.
They were silent when the zeta tubes sounded, revealing that you and Oliver Queen were walking in together. Laughing, knowing, at ease, like two old friends sharing a joke from years ago. Oliver had the biggest smile on the planet. You gave him a gentle push on the arm as if he were remembering something only you two knew.
The three observers watched them pass, frozen. Dick narrowed his eyes. Barry opened his mouth slowly. Hal let out a soft, "No way..." voice.
And when you found Dick after looking around, you gave him a loving smile. "Hi, honey. Did you behave?" "
"Yes, Mom…" he replied, slowly lowering his notebook.
Oliver looked at them with a raised eyebrow, noticing the suspicious glances. "What's going on? Are you plotting against Batman?"
"No," they all said at the same time.
you watched them with a barely amused smile. "Are you ready to go, Dick?"
Dick stood up and walked toward you, but before leaving, he looked over his shoulder at Oliver. "Just so you know... if it was you, I'm going to find out."
Oliver stood still for half a second, then raised his hands with an innocent smile.
As mother and son walked down the hall, Hal and Barry slowly turned to Oliver. “It was you, wasn’t it?”
