Dysphoria help: When I'm feeling small, I like putting my childhood blankie around my neck/shoulders. This is cuz I used to do it and it's warm without being overbearing. Intertwined with my gender, keeping my hair short and wearing a binder/big hoodie also helps me feel like a kiddo/little boy.

Euphoria: Going to kid-centered playplaces like trampoline parks or children's museums is really fun! [I'll caution that some children's museums do not allow people who look a little too adult to enter without a youth in tow. If you want to go to one of these places, know beforehand what their rules are for unaccompanied adult-presenting folks!] I also find that happy stimming is very kidcore.
