Something possessed me and I was like "I must come up with in-world symbolism of colours from the perspective of the Overworld (so illagers and villagers).
It would be different from Nether's perspective, perhaps I'll do that later.
First fanart i've done!
I was bored and had a challenge👍
Lucien Bonaparte
By François-Xavier Fabre
I’d love to tell you guys about Napoleon’s younger brother: Lucien Bonaparte. I’ve never seen someone talking about him on the internet. Called by Alessandro Barbero (an Italian historian) “the smart brother of the Bonaparte”, it is thanks to him if Napoleon managed to become first consul.
Lucien was born in Ajaccio on May 21, 1775, 6 years after Napoleon. Like his brothers, he studied in France, but he moved back to Corsica when his father’s death occurred. He became a revolutionary mostly thanks to a figure: Pasquale Paoli, who used to fight for Corsica’s indipendence. During the French Revolution, he follows Robespierre’s ideals and gains the name “Brutus Bonaparte”. The government is now governed by the Directory, composed of five members of the bourgeoisie, generally chosen from among the wealthiest and most influential citizens of France. They are elected by the Council of Elders, who can vote from a list of candidates submitted to them by the Council of Five Hundred.
With surprising skills, Lucien gets elected to the Council of 500 before even reaching the minimum age required, fighting in favour of the press’s freedom. Thanks to his position, he helps Napoleon to be elected First Consul. This is where the "myth of the dagger" arose: Lucien, to gain trust, pointed a dagger at Napoleon, saying that if he did anything, he would be the first to turn his back on him. At Lucien's suggestion, the Directory is dismantled and an "executive consular commission" gets formed, composed of three consuls: the politicians Sieyès and Ducos, and Napoleon, with the same power as the Directory. Thus the consulate was born, and the triumvirs swore an oath on the Constitution and the ideals of the Revolution. While Napoleon was embarking on his military career, his brother was helping him on the political level: all the newspapers were talking about Napoleon Bonaparte!
But their story didn’t have a happy ending. Lucien started to doubt about Napoleon’s powers, thinking that his politics would soon become a dictatorship. Meanwhile, Napoleon decides to push him away by making him the ambassador of Spain. Lucien will the fall in love with Alexandrine de Bleschamp, but his brother had other plans for him. Thus, Lucien will be exiled and he’ll move to Rome, under the protection of the Pope. He will live in Canino, and will be appointed Prince of Canino by Pius VII. After Rome's annexation to France in 1809, Luciano was placed under house arrest and required to seek permission from the French military governor to do anything. Desperate, he attempted to flee to the United States, but was captured by the British and taken to England, where he enjoyed greater freedom than in Napoleonic Rome. He will only reconciles with his brother only during the 100 days.
Science class was so boring I had to draw this little sketch of Higgs ❤️🥀
Yesterday I was quite bored after studying Phylosophy🍕
i'm kinda getting obsessed with this wet loser, so i drew him using the pool image from the Chainsaw man movie
Why doesn’t anyone talk about the graphic novel? It’s not canon, but it has some damn cool moments! I loved this shot. This isn’t the real master Miller, it was Psycho Mantis in disguise, but it was actually REALLY cool to see Ocelot pointing his revolver at Miller🙏 is this the scenario that was occurring 3 days before Shadow Moses? 👀
A Little fanart I di today!
This is canon ❤️
