a kingdom of inactivity.
and it looks like i'm the queen.
Amy noticed that something seemed to be off. Call it a third sense, she supposed. She looked over at the other woman, who seemed like she was going to…. “Are you going to pay for that Miss?” Amy asked kindly, kinder than most would have. If the woman was desperate to have, she knew that she could give the book up. There was probably another copy in the shop anyway.
Sarah had the book ready to slip under her coat before she heard the ginger woman speak up. Jumping with a slight hiss, she turned around with a crooked grin.
"Course, yeah. Er -- 'ow much is it?"
“We are close though, Sarah… You felt it. You said you felt it.” Helena inched forward, slower now. “Our connection. We have connection, yes?”
"I already said we 'ad a connection, Helena. Now how about you answer some of my questions."
”I know exactly how you are. That’s why I’m surprised you’re here. Wait, what did Cosima do? Or did I already have this honor?
No, and I don’t blame them. Though I guess there’s not much of a neighborhood watch anymore… How can you say that? They could still find us, and then we’ll be dead.”
"Oi -- you called me so y'obviously knew that I'd come. Cos is ignorin' my calls while you're the one makin' em.
Wot d'you mean? Weren't you and those others at the party the suburbans in charge? And I say that because I know how t' get us out of it if we get caught."

"Excuse me for wanting the mother of my child to stay living. Can’t even imagine telling Kira her mom’s not coming back."
"Trust me, Cal, I want to be alive just as much as she wants me t' be. Now just let me see my daughter."
"Well, at least he acts like he likes me. I'm surprised that you even showed up. Um...I really didn't need to know that. But that's why he's not here.
I guess the old soccer fields. They're on the edge of town. If we're lucky, none of the stupid teenagers are hanging out down there right now."
"Allison, come on. Y'know how I am -- I don't really show loads of emotion. I like you more than Cos righ' now. That's an accomplishment, yeah?
Yikes, don't want the neighboor'ood watch on them, do they? Alrigh', let's go to the fields and we'll bury 'er. It'll be fine, Ali."
“God’s plans are all.” Helena closed the gap between them, putting them almost nose to nose. “He met us to be together.”
"Yeah. Might be because we're twins or somefin'."
Sarah moved back a bit to get away from Helena as she rose her brows.
"But not tha' close."
"Oh, thank Merlin, I don’t have to hear your shrilling voice burst my eardrum."
[ cue her sarcasm. ]
"If y'really want a busted ear drum, it won't need my singing."
Clara narrowed her own eyes slightly and shrugged.
“I didn’t say I saw him actually put anything—”
“Sorry. I know I should’ve mentioned anyway. You sure you’re alright? I’ll buy you another drink, as a peace offering.”
"But y'still knew he put somefin' in."
"Lot harder to hurt me than just roofies, that's the first thing y'need to know. But yeah, I'll take another."

"I should have known you’d miss the bus back here the first go-around."
"An' I should've known you'd be on my arse about it.
I got a bit caught up, Cal, alright?"

"Non Fiction is that way and fiction is that way," Amy said, pointing with her finger. She was busy writing away in her journal. This would all be added in her typewriter later.
"Yeah, thanks."
Walking around the shop a bit, Sarah pulled a few books out before one caught her eye. She looked over her shoulder towards the ginger woman before looking back. The punk had no money with her right now and the girl seemed pretty preoccupied...
i'm just excited people like this blog and it's going well.

"You can't kill me! No! Please!
I look just like her. I look just like her.
You can't do this. You can't kill me.
You can't.
God, Kira.
Help!"
"Well you could calm down and think rationally about this!"
"Rational's for idiots and I don' have time for calm."
”That is not true. If you got caught, they could find out about all of us. I just needed someone to help and I was pretty sure Felix wouldn’t want to mess up his nails. What am I supposed to do? I don’t know where to hide a body. That’s why I called you.”
"Sorry, yeah, I know. Wait -- you were going t'ask Fe to hide a body? The only time he could stomach that sight is when he was morbidly turned on by B-- Fe isn't a good choice.
First off, where's a place no one goes 'round here?"
❝ —no seriously!? you had it last…oh my god❞ — Cosima frowned ❝ —you left it on the floor at the DYAD didn’t you….?❞ —
"Are you alrigh'?
-- Oh, shite. No, no I couldn't 'ave. I was walkin' down the hall to Rachel's an' I... took the coat off. An'-- You need t'call Delphine."
