Hi! I'm silver la pixels (also just silver or pixels)

I draw alot but also kind of just here for content of stuff I like/posts from cool people/whatever happens on my dash.

Interests are

• Utauloid and vocaloid

• N64 and gameboy games

• Pokemon and Legend of Zelda

• sea creatures

• anime and manga (ranma 1/2, saiki k, ghost hunt, sailor moon, dragon ball, fullmetal alchemist, hanako-kun, PMMM, revolutionary girl utena, NGE off the top of my head)

• music taste (vocaloid/Utau, lemon demon, fallout boy, videogame OSTs and remixes, nightcore, 2k-2010s pop)

I occasionally chain vent post, but its always tagged as #vent

Do people still do kin lists? I feel kind of cringe doing this. I vibe with fictional characters Defoko (utau), Link and Tatl (OoT/MM), Kuriko Saiki (Saiki K), Shijima Mei (TBHK).

i feel like indie music is better because unlike billboard hits, the themes aren't limited to romance and lack thereof. Granted " I'm/ you are a horrible person" is a pretty overlapping genre in pop and underground, but at least indie has the freedom to sing about literally anything. Vocaloid and internet music culture have brought back alot of storytelling and power of music videos. songs that could be twilight zone episodes, how much a person loves sweets, what if there was an alien, i like gaming with my friends, soundtracks for DIY-ing your own cosmos, my bike is broken and the chain is dragging which isn't a metaphor i just wanted to sample broken bike noises for a song.

can we stop making autism about weighted blankets, sweats/loungewear, and noise cancelling headphones. can it not be reduced to basically just needing a security blanket. can we stop making it just a joke about social skills where its minimized to two personalities in either "brick wall" or "wheeee sillyyy".

Cant help but feel like the progress has just 180'd back to "type of cartoon character i can make fun of and not treat like a human of equal value"
