it simply can't be good for my health to wake up and immediately feel like my fight/flight h as been activated every morning.

i'm exhausted after 6hrs of sleep. i feel like being sick before and after eating anything.

and i can't tell if this is because of stress from world problems or because my child is in a clingy "mommy look at me" phase of his development.

i want to be a bad wife and wake my husband but he works tonight so he needs all the rest he can get during the day.
