i love how yzak is always 𤏠and dearka looks at him so sweetly and concerned
She walked in the office as she glared. âThey wonât let me in the hangar.â Alexis stared. âSomething about current status.â Not know that office of professional conduct had found out about her involvement and about her and yzaks renewed bethrowal. She stoped when she saw chairman durrandle. âShitâ
âwell if it isnât the persons we were just discussing. Welcome back commander Yamato or should I say joule. I got the invitation of the event in a couple months. I assure you most of the council will be in attendanceâshe clenched her fist as she didnât know his mom had set things in motion so fast.
Yzak sat coolly in his chair. "Have a seat, Lt. Commander. The chairman wants to have a chat about the recent events." His eyes remained sharp on her. His whole demeanor changed from the night before, no longer soft or comforting. He wanted to say more, but it was too dangerous with the chairman there. Yzak hoped she would keep her machine a secret for now.
She nodded as she layed back down. Curling into his as she layed on his chest trying to fall asleep again. She had fallen back asleep for nearly an hour or so when she heard blaring sirens. âNASCA class vessel. Itâs alliance. All hands level one battle stations. Repeat all hands level one battle stations.âshe nearly fell out of bed as she sighed.
She didnât think they would be this stupid to try and come for her now. She saw it was the Alra vessel. The one she previously was allianged with. âShit. How can they be so stupid.â She was about to go to the hangar bay. But she remembered that the constellation was factory reset. There wouldnât be enough time. âShe hated being useless. But she knew yzak would want her on the bridge so they wouldnât try to rescue her or something along that lines.
The alarms blared and crew members ran to their positions as an Alliance ship was spotted. Yzak made his way to the bridge to ascertain the threat level.
"Aim cannons, pilots stand by for deployment," he ordered. "Send out a hailing signal, prepare to fire on my command." He would give the enemy ship a chance to explain their presence instead of rushing headlong into battle. If they were coming for Alexis, he would shoot them down.
Dalia the captain of the Alra vessel saw the hail. This wasnât like Zaft. They usually shot first ask questions later. She answered. âThis is captain Dalia Watson. To whom am I speaking ?âshe asked curiously to the silver haired captain on the screen.
"This is Commander Joule," Yzak answered. "State your purpose for coming into our airspace." They were still close to the PLANTs, and he didn't like Alliance ships coming near his home. Not after Junius Seven.
Alexis made her way to the bridge as she heard Dali say they were searching for a distressed signal they received. She knew Dali was just trying to dance around that they were searching for her. Alexis saw her look at her confused but relieved. She hadnât yet been given her Zaft uniform so she sill wore the other. âLexi?â She heard her ask. Lexi was a nickname that she allowed her good friends to call her.
When Alexis entered the bridge, the ship's purpose was made clear. The captain recognized her. "She's safe with us," Yzak said. "We picked up her signal and performed a rescue mission." He cut his eyes to his fiancĂŠe, wondering how she would handle this situation. Would she remain with ZAFT, or go back to the Alliance?
She sighed as she knew she had a choice to make. And she knew which one it had to be. âDali. Iâm fine. But. You know my history. And some things i disclosed to you as well I. I have to return to Zaft. Iâm sorry.â She saw the other look displeased and cut ties. She knew Dalia would just put her as Mia like murrue did last time. She saw the crew look at her unknowingly and she walked out of the bridge and floated in the adjacent room with a large view window. She connected to the gravity area and she sat on the bench leaning on the glass looking out of space. No turning back now. She thought
Yzak's concern was lifted after Alexis chose to stay with ZAFT. Relief flooded through him. He hoped to avoid bloodshed this day. "You have your answer." He stared the other captain down. "I will allow you to retreat peacefully. The next time we meet on the battlefield, I won't offer any leniency."
Alexis was still in the viewing area as she saw yzak come in. âEverything ok ?âshe asked curiously.
"Yes," Yzak answered, visibly relaxed. "I didn't expect such an encounter, but it was resolved peacefully. But," he paused. "Tell me, if we met them on the battlefield again, would you fight?"
âI.âshe said as she looked down. She still wasnât officially an Zaft officer till the papers came back as approved by the council. She wondered if that would even go through. Since she did technically desert Zaft after the first war was over or somewhat over. âIâm. Iâm not sure.âshe said honestly to him.
Yzak nodded, guessing she would have reservations about fighting old friends. He had those same doubts. "Then you should probably go back to the PLANTS," he told her. "This war is only escalating, and if you can't fight, you can't protect yourself."

Alexis looked down, âyour mechanics. and the construction personal and the savour alliance vesel. But the zaft list is very. Very limited.âshe stated as she held his hand gently as she stood up hugging him. âI didnât know about the privilege. At least. There was that. Right?âshe added as she was exhausted now. Great full that there was no fighting at the moment.
She made her way with yzak as they made it to his quarters and saw a large bed and some basic furnishings. And a desk setup need the side of the room. Alex unzipped her shirt and the buttons and put it on the table as She sat on the bed. âHow do we play this out. With him and opr?âshe asked
"Everyone on this ship is loyal to me, so they won't say anything about it," Yzak told her. He unfastened the collar around his neck. "As long as he is focused elsewhere, you should be fine. Best not to draw any more attention from him or the council. I realize telling you to lay low is impossible, but it's the most sensible option for now." As he spoke, he neatly removed and folded his uniform, the precision instilled in him from basic training having never left. Down to his undershirt and shorts, he turned to her. "Let's get some sleep, I know you've had a rough couple of days. We can figure out the rest tomorrow."
She hear the aspect of laying low. Her lay low. Ya right. But she could try. If it didnât mean her going to jail. Alex laid on the bed as she shifted back into his form and felt his arm around her. It had been so long since they were like this. Just them alone.
âgood night Yzak.âshe had been sleeping well until the dreams that sometime plagued her thoughts decided to come to be. She was with yzak in the liberation ship but then she was the captain he her second.
The final battle of the second war she saw all over again up until the part where she woke up and screamed. Until she saw her order under advice of yzak and first lt. That she should not take this opportunity to waist to destroy the ship that had caused this entire thing to start up again. The arch angel. She had started to when she saw the vice captain Do it for her.
She tried to stop it but she just watched on as the arch angel blew up. Along with 30 of her friends. This. Was one of the one main reason why she went into hiding in orb. Staying away from the front lines all together.
She saw yzak wake. âItâs nothing. Iâm fine.âshe lied as she got up and put on the housecoat hanging next to her and got up to look out at the spacious view of the warp stream that had a distinct view that you did get used to seeing after a while.
She was now lost in thought trying to relax. Get the memories out of her head as the order came soon after the carnage and bloodshed to commence cease fire on all ships the war was over. But if that note came two hours later. The majority of her friend. Would still be alive.
Yzak was jolted awake by Alexis tossing and turning in her sleep, tears on her face. Concerned, he placed a hand in her shoulder softly, so as not to frighten her. "What's wrong?" When she brushed him off, his worry only grew.
"It's more than 'nothing' and I know you're not 'fine.' Tell me what's wrong, please." He wanted to ease her pain in any way he could; it was his duty, not only as her betrothed but also as her captain.
She sighed as she came back over to the bed as she sat down again next to him. âIt was the day that the vice captain on the liberation i had captained.â Alex said as she looked down. âI murdered my friends. It was my ship that fired. They will always be connected.âshe said clenching her hands a bit on her knees.
"It was war. You did what you had to do, what you thought was right," Yzak reassured her. He had committed his own atrocities both on and off the battlefield during the wars; he didn't know many people with clean hands who had been involved. But he understood the fear and pain she felt at her actions. "There's a program to help those affected by the war, available to anyone in ZAFT and the Plants," he explained. "You can talk to them about what happened." He was offered the program when he suffered his injury at the hands of her brother, but he denied it. Back then, he was too prideful to seek help. He thought he was a failure and only wanted revenge. Now, he knew how important it was to secure his own peace of mind.

The recent war was coming to a close. She had been promoted to commander and yzak to general. The wedding was today and she was getting nervous. Kira was allowed to attend due to the fact that he was now with zaft and a captain of his own vessel. He had already been married to lacus for about a year now. Mostly they got married in secret.
Miralia Haw came in wearing her teal and turquoise bridesmaids dress. She knew she had deep feelings for yzak. But with their initial paring. Being arraigned by their parents. Still felt very weird to them. And that her father had a secret side of him in the zaft military on the side from his colony work on the moon.
âYou ready.â She heard her ask. âReady as I will ever be.â Alex sighed as she hugged her. Mir was also married few months ago she got married to Dearka elsman and she was the chief executive reporter for the orb daily posts.
Seems like everyone was moving forward with their lives and lacus pregnant with natural baby. Was due in about four months. So everyone was busy on all fronts.
She saw her dad come in saying it was time. He was in his councilmanâs uniform and she nodded. âOk. One moment.â
She made her way down the red isle till she heard music on the other end. Dearka heard the music start and he nudged his friend a bit. âRelax. Itâs your day. Besides. Youâre not general here.â He said as he was in his formal military outfit. Almost all serving males were.
Yzak waited at the altar, unusually nervous for some reason. This had been arranged for a while, they had plenty of time to plan and think about their future together. So why was he feeling so green? Dearka told him it was just pre-wedding jitters. He looked at his former enemy turned brother-in-law, Kira Yamato, who was smiling serenely. Not an ounce of worry on his face. If he was okay with this, then Yzak should be fine.
The music started and he turned automatically to see his bride walk down the aisle. She was beautiful, naturally, and all eyes watched as she made her way to him. For the first time, Yzak's mouth felt dry and he had no idea what to say. He could only imagine what Zala would say about this. The man was likely here in attendance, probably in disguise. Yzak fought the urge to look for his rival and maintained eye contact with his bride. He took her hand as she ascended the steps to the altar and smiled at her. Hopefully she could see how proud and happy he was in that moment. Despite the war and their rocky history, this felt like the best day of his life.
"Let us begin." The officiant held up their hands and the gathered crowd sat. They would exchange vows and soon be wed. He only had to get through the ceremony.

Alexis knew she didnât have a choice in the matter and she sat down. âSure. I have the time.â Durandle looked at her and then remembered a meeting he had a while back, âyou know Alex. You do remotely look similar to an orb representative I had a while back.â He taunted.
âHer name was representative Lana Dino. She disappears shortly after the attack on the plants where the alliance attacked. We lost track of her and are concerned for her safety. You wouldnât happen to know anything of this. Do you?â
Alex was taken aback by his questions as she knew she was caught. He could have her arrested for deserting. But she didnât know the motives. Patric Zala did give her and athrun honourable discharge before he was killed. âCaptain I donât know how to respond to these questions. Any advisements?â
Durandle smirked. âIs this an admission if so. I do have to take procedures in mind here.âhe stated looking between the two. Alexis knew If she told the truth. She could be arrested for deserting. Or worse. Treason for assisting with orb activities. None the less either option was not preferable.
"If you're fishing for an excuse to collar my fiance, just come out with it," Yzak sneered. "The two sound unrelated to me. What would Lt. Commander Yamato be doing in Orb?" Lying to the chairman was a bold tactic, but Yzak always hated the passive politics employed by the upper brass. "Tell us the real reason you're here, Chairman." This was still Yzak's ship, and he would be damned if he lost control of it over to a councilman.
âItâs just an inquiry opr had a concern on. I had been in the zaft territorial space near here as I replied I would see to it personally. Rather than the red tape.â He put a picture of the representative on the monitor it was her in her purple representative uniform. âI say this is proof enoughâ she sighed as she saw a member of the zaft opr investstive squad block the door. She shook her head to yzak.
âAthurn, my brother Kira Yamato , myself and Lacus cline did hide in orb to get away from the fighting. But thatâs allâ she said as she felt the investigator hold her shoulder tightly for a moment. Till he found himself being flagged by the chairman
âNone the less your actions are protected by the bethrowal laws of privilege. So I will just warn you this time. Donât do it again.âshe added as she felt the guard release and the two leaving them alone hearing that an official report would be filled to orb to letting the autha family know she was safe. But to also keep it in their records as an alias she was to know to use if she disappears again. And he would be departing the ship soon. As his inquiry was completed there was nothing more to do here.
After he left she braced her self on the bench next to her. âWell thereâs no stopping this now.â
Yzak glared at the investigator who put their hands on his betrothed, but held himself in check as the chairman spoke. It was simple postering meant to scare them. He didnât survive Jachin Due to be squirming in his seat over a protocal faux-pas. "Thanks for your concern, Chairman." He didn't hide the derision in his tone. Once they were alone, his stiff shoulders loosened a bit.
"You have to be careful from now on," he warned her. "Next time, he won't stop for pleasantries. No doubt Zala is already being hunted down with the rest of them." He was grateful they were still able to keep the machine a secret -- for now. "Who else knows about the Constellation?"
She walked in the office as she glared. âThey wonât let me in the hangar.â Alexis stared. âSomething about current status.â Not know that office of professional conduct had found out about her involvement and about her and yzaks renewed bethrowal. She stoped when she saw chairman durrandle. âShitâ

So basically your Duel Assaulshroud is equivalent to a UC era Full Armour Gundam?
The Duel was made by Naturals, so they probably designed it to be similar to that.
