Chronology of events of season 1

I'll start with season 1 and post season 2 in a separate post, but I want to clarify something about season 1. There will be two dates for 2019 and 2020. The problem is that in the first season, if you look at the documents that were brought to the sheriff, then 2019 is indicated there, but already in the second season, JJ burned the year of John B’s “death” on the tree and this is 2020. because I understand the creators of the series decided to change the date from 2019 to 2020. Therefore, I will write here two dates 2019 and 2020. but you have to understand that the events of all 3 seasons took place in one year - 2020. There was no gap in years between the seasons. It was only in the finale of season 3 that there was a time skip of 18 months and season 4 is already taking place in 2022

1 day. July 12, 2019 / July 10, 2020. Friday. John B in DCS office. Day 2 July 13, 2019 / July 11, 2020. Saturday. John B and Pope went surfing during a storm. Day 3 July 14, 2019 / July 12, 2020. Sunday. Pogues went fishing, found a sunken boat. Next is Ward, then the motel. Scooter's body is later found. In the evening, a party on the beach, where there was a fight between Topper and John B. It is also mentioned in this episode that Kiara and Sarah were best friends in 9th grade, but became enemies in 10th grade, which means that the guys just finished 10th grade and go to 11th grade. Day 4 July 15, 2019 / July 13, 2020. Monday. In the morning, Sheriff Peterkin is at John B's house, then John takes Ward's oxygen tanks. Pogues dive towards the sunken boat and are chased by gunmans hired by Ward. On the pier at John B's house, they find Big John's compass in the deceased Scooter's bag.

Day 5 July 16, 2019 / July 14, 2020. Tuesday. Early in the morning, John B returns the empty oxygen tanks and runs into Sarah on the boat. JJ and John B go to Lana, and there are the same gunmans . Rafe, Topper, Kals and Sarah at someone's house, then Wheezie and Topper in the Camerons' backyard, where she and Topper gossip about Sarah. Topper then on the roof wants to talk to Sarah, but it doesn't work. Big John was born in 1967. gunmans arrive at John B's house, after which Pogues go to the Redfield Lighthouse, and then split up. John B and Kie end up with the police. Ward fires John B, then gunmans chase John B. Sheriff Peterkin saves him and he gives her his father's compass. Pogues at the cemetery in the evening.

continuation of the cemetery scene. At John B's house, they open the envelope and listen Big John's recording. Day 6 July 17, 2019 / July 15, 2020. Wednesday. Topper, Sarah and Wheezie at the beach. Pogues went to the country club to look up the coordinates on the Internet. Ward scolds Rafe, who then goes to Barry. John B and Kie are surfing and JJ and Pope join them. Day 8 July 19, 2019 / July 17, 2020. Friday. Pogues go to the okena, to the place where the Royal Merchant sank and still find it at the bottom, but without gold.

4 ep.

John B returns to the Chateau. There he is waiting for a guardian Cheryl with a policeman. John B tricks them and runs away from them. Sarah finds him and helps him. Meanwhile, Topper's boat is taken out and he is scolded by his mother. Rafe, Topper, Kelce in the gym. At the Camerons' home, John B learns about Danmark Tanny and that he was on the ship. Topper and Rafe intimidate Pope. JJ is training to fire a pistol. Deputy Shoupe come to Sheriff Peterkin with a report on the autopsy of the corpses of gunmans. It is there that the date is clearly visible, that the date of death is July 17, 2019, and the date of imprisonment is July 19, 2019.

Sarah and John B sneak into a tugboat to get to the mainland at Chapel Hill. In the evening, Rafe, Topper, Kelce, Kiara, JJ and Pope came to the movie night. Danmark died on May 3, 1844. Day 9 July 20, 2019 / July 18, 2020. Saturday. Deputy Shoupe comes to Topper's family - Thornton, shows footage from the cameras and Cynthia Thornton - Topper's mom - wants to sue Pope. Sarah and John B return to Kildare Island. The police come for Pope and JJ takes the blame. Sarah and John B kiss in the rain. Peterkin gives Ward Big John's compass.

5 ep.

Sheriff Peterkin is talking to JJ. Luke takes his son and beats him up in the car. At home, JJ wants to shoot his father, but does not dare and just leaves. John B comes to the school to the history teacher and he helps and translates the letter. He returns to the Chateau and is caught by JJ and warned about the house being followed. They float away together. Peterkin tells Ward they're even. JJ and John B fight. The Camerons are getting ready for Middsommer. Pope and his father come to the country club. Kiara is at home with her parents preparing for the holiday. Evening, the beginning of the holiday. The Camerons appear. Topper tries to talk to Sarah. JJ and John B arrive. JJ passes the note to Sarah and then runs away from Rafe. Topper spots Sarah and John B. The guard kicks JJ out and Pogues decide to leave together with Midsummer. They gather around the fire and John B tells them about Sarah and the discovery of Danmark's letter. Sarah is in her father's office picking up the map. Topper arrives at the Camerons' to talk to Sarah, but finds Wheezie in her bed. Sarah kisses John B, Topper sees them and pushes John B off the tower, and he falls from a height onto the sand. Day 10 July 21, 2019 / July 19, 2020. Sunday. John B is in the hospital, Sarah is by his bed. Ward tells him that he has become his guardian.

6 ep.

Here is one point that is a little unclear. It's hard to know how long John B has been in the hospital. They could pick him up from the hospital the same day, or the next day. Especially considering that this series is full of events, and in terms of the time of day during filming, it seems as if the shooting was at sunset, and not at dawn. In general, the series is a bit confusing. But I will consider this a continuation of the 10th day. Ward brings John B home to Tannyhill. Ward tries to find out from John B about gold but the guy denies everything. John B comes to the guys in The Wreck, and together they go first to Battery Jasper, and then went to the Crane house. Peterkin visited Lana, Scooter's wife, but was unable to extract information from her. Rafe snorts cocaine on his bike, Barry comes, burns his hand and takes the bike from him due to debts. Pogues search the courtyard of the Crane house and find a well under the house. Topper comes to Sarah to sort things out and calls her a whore, to which Ward strangles Topper and kicks him out. Sheriff Peterkin and Deputy Shoupe go to a nearby empty island and search it. Sarah and John B arrive at the Chateau and the guys cannot accept Sarah into the company, especially Kiara swears at this. Rafe sneaks into his father's office and wants to steal money or a watch from his father, but Ward catches his son. Pope talks to Kiara at the pier and Kie tells him about his past with Sara. Guys figure out how to reconcile girls. On Island Sheriff Peterkin finds Big John's glasses. In the evening, Ward and Rafe come to Barry, Ward beats Barry and kicks Rafe out of the house. Day 11 July 22, 2019 / July 20, 2020. Monday. Guys trap girls on a boat. Sarah and Kiara make peace Day 12 July 23, 2019 / July 21, 2020. Tuesday. Guys pick up the girls from the boat in the morning. In the evening they arrive at the Crane's house. Pogues sneak into the house. John B finds gold in a well and takes a couple of bars of gold with him.

7 ep.

Day 13 July 24, 2019 / July 22, 2020. Wednesday. Sarah and John B return to Tannyhill, and on the way they discuss gold and are heard by Ward. Ward invites John B to go fishing. later the guys discuss how to get all the gold from the well and they go to the pawnshop to turn in the gold they have. Woman at the pawnshop sells Barry's pogues and sets them up. As Pogues are driving, they are attacked by Barry and threatened with a weapon. Pogues fight back and defeat Barry. But JJ decides to take revenge and goes to Barry's house and takes his money. Pogues have a fight with JJ and he leaves alone. Rafe, Topper and Kelce hang out together. Barry arrives and runs into Rafe and complains to him that his sister robbed him. Ward is trying to figure out where Pogues found the gold when Rose arrives and tells abt the Crane house. Pogues in The Wreck discuss the plan. JJ comes home and tells his father about the money. They fight and JJ wins. John B and Sarah ride Twinky, Rafe and Topper catch up with them. Rafe reprimands Sarah for the stolen money. Afterwards, Sarah and John B drive to an old church, where they both have their first sex. In the evening, Pope and Kiara arrive at the Chateau, and there JJ is in the jacuzzi. Day 14 July 25, 2019 / July 23, 2020. Thursday. Ward and John B go fishing. Ward says that he knows about the gold and tries to persuade the guy to cooperate with him, but John B does not believe him.

8 ep.

As a result, Ward and John B fight. John B escapes and Ward fakes an attack on him. John B swims to Lana Grubbs and Lana talks about how Ward "killed" Big John. Ward comes to Sheriff Peterkin and accuses John B of the crime. At the Château Pogues is training for a trip to the gold, and John B arrives and takes the gun. In the evening, John B sneaks into the Camerons' house and talks to Sarah. Sarah doesn't believe him. John B returns to the Chateau and honors his father's memory. Ward talks to Sarah and tries to convince her of his lies. Kiara, Pope, and JJ arrive at the pier at the Camerons' house, where they fight among themselves. Pope returns home. Day 15 July 26, 2019 / July 24, 2020. Friday. John B goes to the Crane house and learns that Ward has already taken the gold. Pope is getting ready for an interview, and his dad says that Ward called him to the runway. Rafe lives in the house of acquaintances while they are not at home, smokes and drinks there, and Wheezie comes to him and says that Ward and Sarah are flying to Bahamas, this hurts Rafe. Wheezie gives him the money and leaves. Pope, during his interview, realizes that Ward took the gold and runs away from the interview. At the pouge pier they are discussing that Ward took the gold, Pope comes and talks about the plane. Ward speaks to Rose. Sheriff Peterkin is talking to Lana Grubbs in the church. Ward and Sarah are in the car and Sarah asks her father to talk to John B and he refuses. Pogues is at the runway and Ward arrives. Ward forces Sarah onto the plane. John B breaks onto the runway and blocks the path of the plane. Sara tries to stop her father, but Ward hit her. Sheriff Peterkin arrives and tries to arrest Ward when Rafe appears and shoots Peterkin.

9 ep.

John B tries to help the sheriff, but is threatened by Rafe with a gun. Ward takes the walkie-talkie and Peterkin tells John B to run. John B escapes and is shot by Rafe, but Ward stops him. Ward forces Rafe to pick up his sister and leave, while he pretends to call for help on the radio. John B escapes, and instead of helping Peterkin, Ward calls his pilot Gavin to fly to the Bahamas instead. Rafe and Sarah are in a car. Pogue see the plane leaving and get angry about it. John B is coming. Shoup drives up and Ward pretends to help Peterkin. Rafe brings Sarah home and Rose sees them. Ward and Shoop drive to the hospital. In the evening, pogues arrive at the station and there John B hears that he is wanted for the murder of Sheriff Peterkin and guys are running from the police. Rose tries to find out what happened and Ward yells at her. Rafe is waiting for his father in the office, Ward tells him that Sheriff Peterkin has died. At the police station, Shoop gives everyone instructions to capture John B. Day 16 July 27, 2019 / July 25, 2020. Saturday. They posted a flyer about the capture of John B. All traffic from the island has been stopped. Ward tells Sarah that Rafe will be fine and he locks her in his room to keep her from running away. Pogues learn that there is a bounty on John B, they run from the police, and come up with a plan to help John B. They split up and decide to meet the next day at 3pm. Rafe collects John B's things and talks to Wheezie. John B tries to hide and ends up in either Kelce or Topper's house and Kelce spots him and locks him in a room. Pogues visit the Camerons and Pope confesses his love to Kiara. Kelce wakes Topper up and leaves to get the police. Pope distracts Ward while Kiara talks to Sarah through the window. John B talking to Topper. Sarah asks Wheezie for help, but doesn't tell her who really killed Sheriff. Sarah runs away. John B manages to escape right when the police arrived at the house. Rafe arrives and suggests Kelce look for John B. Sarah arrives and Topper follows her. John B hides in an old church, Sarah climbs up and Topper follows her. Topper rings the bell and Rafe and Kelce hear it, they go there and set fire to the church. And Sarah convinces Topper to help. Topper distracts the police by posing as John B, while Sarah and John B escape.

10 ep.

John B and Sarah decide to hide out in one of the houses for sale. The security code there is Ward's birthday and it's February 15th. They sleep in this house. Day 17 July 28, 2019 / July 26, 2020. Sunday. Pogues spent the night at The Wreck. Pope leaves for gasoline. SBI agent Bratcher arrives on the island. Ward argues with Rose and they come up with a legend. Rafe leaves for Barry. John B wakes up without Sarah, she left him a note. The whole island is looking for John B, Sarah comes to the agents at the lighthouse and tries to tell them the truth, but she is stopped by Ward. Sarah says it's Rafe, and Ward tells Agent Bratcher that John B just brainwashed Sarah. Sarah runs away. Rafe came to Barry and burst into tears there, and Barry sets him up to capture John B. Sara returns and she and John B run away. Pope quarrels with his father. Kiara quarrels with her parents and we leave with JJ. John B and Sarah split up. John B swam to the Chateau to collect the gold. JJ takes the key to the boat from his father. In the Chateau, the police and they found gold. Sarah swims and bumps into people she knows. Rafe and Barry see Kiara's car and follow her. John B takes the car from the cops along with the gold. Kiara and JJ are in the hangar, attacked by Rafe and Barry. Pope comes to their aid and beats up Rafe. Guys on the pier, John B is coming. He says goodbye to his friends and sails away on a boat. The police arrive late. Rafe sits next to the hangar covered in blood, and Barry tells him that now Rafe owes him. John B on a boat picks up Sarah from the pier and they sail away. Evening, all the police at the lighthouse. Sarah and John B hide in the dark, but turn on the light and they are noticed. They are forced to sail towards the storm. Ward tries to talk to his daughter and John B over the radio, to which John B tells the truth about him, that he killed his father and that John B will come for Ward. The boat capsizes on the waves. The police come to pogues and say that Sarah and John B are lost in the storm and a search is underway. Day 18 July 29, 2019 / July 27, 2020. Monday. Boat floats upside down on the waves. John B and Sarah are alive. They are picked up by a cargo ship that sails to the Bahamas.

Conclusions that we can draw. It is said that Big John disappeared 9 months ago, which means that if you count from July a months ago, then John B's father disappeared somewhere in October or at the end of September. The birthday of Rafe, Sarah, Wheezie is exactly in the second half of the year. Moreover, we know that Kiara had a falling out with Sarah after Sarah's birthday, and from Pope's words, we learned that Kiara was still friends with the Kooks when Big John disappeared. So Sarah's bday was October - December.
