The Floating Pool Chemical Dispenser has a new, custom âClean Poolâ interaction that plays a chemical dispensing vfx.
The Above Ground Pool Foundation can be applied to pools raised above the ground to give the look of an above ground pool that your Sims can swim in.
The Above Ground Pool Ladder Jumpstand can be used against real Pools as a jumpstand, which requires Get to Work to function.

With this new pack, you'll get two new staircases (one with pattern, and one without but with multiple painted colors or natural wood swatches), assorted railing and fences, and a modular shelving system that will go under. You can use both sides as standalone or against the wall, it will work however you place them. Along with it, multiple clutter to fill the shelves or the walls, among with new wallpaper and painted color walls. Everything to make a bright and cheerful staircase area !

As you may have seen in my work-in-progress post, this Estate release is all about fitness and wellness. I never expected to create a gym set, but after discovering the ultra-stylish brand PENT Luxury, I couldnât resist using it as inspiration.
