ello! any modders willing to help a noob? 🥹

i'm trying to convert these ts4 button eyes to sims 2 but for some reason i'm not able to see the accessory in game with the .pakage file in my downlaods 🧐

the mesh does show up when i open the .package file in YAPE - so it has me thinking its because i dont have a texture linked to it so the game can recognize it 🤔 if that's the case, what would be the best way of doing so? here's the package and the texture i'm working with: x

also! for any linux users: I recommend winboat to be able to run photoshop and any other non demanding window apps! it's not perfectly seemless (since its just a virtual machine with no gpu passthrough as of yet) but it gets the job done when I'm not able to run an app on linux - it has been my fall back.
