My spiritual sense is stronger than ever. For a long while now, I've wanted to travel to Tibet to learn of peace from the Buddhist monks. I've listened to their prayers being chanted and it draws me in every time.
A few months ago, I'd come to the realization that I don't need to travel to the other side of the planet to understand peace...I've found peace, right here, within my heart.
I've also found my Buddha, the man that teaches me of peace and how to practice it. He's taught me to be at peace with all the chaos in my life which has lead me to love me again. I've always thought that loving others would bring warmth into my life. No, it starts with loving me. I needed to love me first.
I guess spiritual journeys are more than just living or practicing your faith or religion, it's more about belief, belief in anything. I believe in me. Finally.

In reference to my previous post…I ended up listening to my heart.
I had realized that I had come to terms with what was. This is what they call closure. I was okay with the direction in which my life was heading. I took another hit to my ego, but quickly realized that this time I’d heal like a superhero, no time for the nerves to feel my burns. Just like that, I was whole again.
It wasn’t me that needed the sign from the universe, or for God to show me the way. It was him...he needed it.
To my delight, he came back. He had his epiphany and came back!
Peace truly is hidden in patience.
