Meet Gen two!

I realised I hadn’t done a run-through of this gen’s traits, so it’s about damn time to let you meet Gen Two! Bailey is a headstrong politician who only wants to help get Sims off the streets, just like he once was as a teenager…he has a strong dedication to fighting for LGBTQ+ rights, especially because he is trans and gay himself! Bailey has been scorned by love one too many times, leaving him super jealous. He’s hoping it doesn’t happen again, especially this time with Devon. Devon is an up-and-coming model; he’s extremely caring and empathic. He loves to give Sims everything he’s got! That doesn’t stop his sassy side coming out when a Sim he loves needs back-up; he is very protective.

These two met at university and started as casual woohoo partners, but suddenly started catching feelings. They started dating; things were perfect until Bailey and Devon’s first holiday together, when Bailey's dad died. He realised he couldn't take anything for granted, proposed to Bailey, and now they are growing together in life. Let's hope it treats them well.

Bachelor party

After his recent big loss in the family, these two got started on the wedding planning and first up was the bachelor party! They had a slow morning getting themselves ready to look their best for tonight. They all had a great time and danced the night away!

Amelias funeral

The time has come for Amelia's funeral. The family were devastated to have buried her; she was truly the glue of this family. They decorated her grave with things that reminded them of her, such as cotton candy, scented candles, and her favourite pink tattoo gun. She will be dearly missed by her family, but little pieces of her will live on in the community through the artwork she tattooed everywhere on everyone.

The new head of the dynasty

Bailey is the new head of his family’s dynasty. This is making him realise how much his mum held this family together, and it has given him a stronger understanding of who she was as a person. While dealing with his own grief now that he is a dynasty leader, he has to help the family with all of their grief. So, after hearing that his brother was really struggling, he remained strong, helped him find some options that would work for him, and cheered him up in the meantime. Then, he got the whole family together for a dinner to catch up and try and cheer them all up, and he did a great job at it! He’s starting to understand why he has been the heir of this dynasty all along!

Bailey's birthday prt 2

Bailey threw a party for his birthday, and it started off great, with all his favourite people around celebrating him as he reached adulthood. He blew out his candles, and as all the confetti cannons popped, he heard another bang along with some screams. He rushed to the next room to see his mum had passed…

GEN ONE IS OVER NOOOO! This is actually so surreal. When I was playing this, I was so heartbroken. The timing in my game is immaculate for storytelling. I mean, this was a little overestimating because at the same time Derek got kidnapped, so I had to cheat him back because I was not doing all that. But Gen One ending at the birthday of the heir of Gen Two was actually so cinematic.

Bailey's birthday prt 1

The Beginning of Bailey's Birthday started with a sweet morning between these two! But dont worry, you know with this family there will soon be chaos to follow!

Adult conversations

Devon had been so scared and worried about the money problems he and Bailey might run into since Bailey is on a sabbatical, he communicated his feelings to Bailey on the move-in day, and thanked god he did because Bailey was there straight away to reassure and calm him about every worry he had.

New job!

Devon had always been so stuck about what he wanted to do, but now that Bailey was on an unpaid sabbatical, he knew he had to get a job to help them pay for their move to San Sequoia and the upcoming wedding. Devon has been reminded since he was a teen how lucky he was to have his looks, so he's putting that to the test and seeing if he can make it as a model.

Scandal avoided

Bailey's boss scheduled a meeting with him to discuss the scandal he is currently in. They made a plan on how to win back the public's view of him. His next steps, luckily, align with what Devon wanted, and they are going to be moving to a new city, San Sequoia!
