Babysitter uses the trick cg told for feeding baby Simon, and Simon juat refuses, no giggles. Cg comes home and tries it, Simon quickly accepts the bottle and loved the tricks, making the babysitter confused🥺😂
"Sy-sy look it!" they say, holding the bottle with a small shake, "your baba is telling me that you're very hungry and it wants to help your tummy, don't you want baba to help you?"
They felt ridiculous saying that, the bottle wasn't sentient but, his carer said when Simon is this small, he believes it.
Except, Simon looks at the bottle and to the babysitter before making a huffy whine and *glares* at them as if saying "I'm not fucking stupid." xD
Now they're at a stalemate. The babysitter still offers the bottle to Simon, setting it beside him on the floor (hoping that would incentives him) but, nope, if anything Simon was making a point to ignore the bottle!
The babysitter is about to throw in the towel but, then his carer comes back! They tell them how Simon refused his bottle, that they tried the method the main carer said to do!!
The carer smiles sympathetically before sitting down with Simon, who instantly is climbing onto their lap and softly babbling while clutching their jacket.
The carer looks at the bottle and picks it up, making it move a small bit.
"Hmm, I heard that baba was trying to help your tummy feel full, do you think we should let baba help?"
The babysitter is ready for Simon to bat the bottle away, but nope...Simon giggles, he actually giggles as the other positions Simon so they can settle the bottle's nipple in his mouth. And Simon instantly starts drinking.
"You can't be fucking serious," they say as they slid their hand over their face, "twenty minutes, I did twenty minutes of that stupid baby voice and made the bottle *dance* and he just *accepts* it instantly with you?"
The carer's eyes don't leave Simon, "little guy is very particular, you probably did it wrong," they smirk as they look up, "I'm joking, you did everything you could. Sy just," they pause, tilting the bottle a bit higher, "he's got a lot of fears and when he's this small, they manifest in fussy baby things."
The other chuffs as they kneel down, tousling Simon's hair, "I get'cha, but maybe next time, make sure your emergencies are *after* his lunchtime."
The carer laughs, "I'll try my best, I'll try my best."
