took a break from cross stitching to knit this sweater for my sib’s bday

heavy inspo from @ikoxun.jpg on insta. their youtube video was a HUGE help. gave it my own twist to have the back say starboy for my sibling who loves that weeknd song. used an old cross stitch pattern to knit the letters on the i love how it turned out!

Hi, i saw your markiplier youtube video the bite of 87 in cross stitch, i want to do it too but my markiplier turns very weird every time i tried, could you tell me pleaseeee how many stitchs do you use for width and height i beg youuuu

i don’t remember exactly what i did but i reran the image in pic2pat and this is what i *think* i did:

as venezuela is my home country, all of this hits especially close to home. thankfully, my family and loved ones are safe since they were in cities not as severely affected. however, many others have not been as fortunate and are now facing the aftermath of these events.

years of political and economic instability have left many communities with limited resources and infrastructure, making it even more difficult to respond to emergencies like this. there are reports of people who remain missing, and many families are still waiting for news about their loved ones. rescue efforts have been made even more difficult by shortages of equipment, ambulances, and other emergency resources needed to respond to a disaster of this scale.

the way trans folks innocuous jokes get misinterpreted and turned into discourse should be studied. a while back i remember seeing jokes like "if you know my deadname no you dont" or "closing my eyes when sending my trans friend money so I dont read their deadname" well some folks must have seen those jokes and thought "ohh its transphobic to know someone's deadname" and thats why this year i saw someone in an argument say "why would you, as their partner, know their deadname? 🤨" huh??
