Hello everyone! Welcome to my blog 😊
My name is Molly, and I am a hearth witch who is looking to engage more with hearthkeeping, homesteading, and the traditional domestic arts. I hope to one day grow flax for linen and food for our home. My husband and I also love dogs and want to have a whole pack running around our property!
I'm very interested in history, especially history about everyday people. I love learning new things about the past and incorporating the things that make sense into my own life. I love slow living and I'm a tad bit crunchy lol. Feel free to talk to me about American history because that's my jam, especially the civil war era and the edwardian era. I love learning about those times and the aesthetic is just *chef's kiss*.
I am a cultural feminist and a leftist. I love tradition but only when it makes sense. I think it's important to learn everyone's history and how it influences the modern day. I am a bisexual (febfem) woman married to a transgender man, so it's personal to me. I wholeheartedly believe a lot of people could benefit from learning more than just the straight white male capitalist history that is so commonly the only kind taught in this country.
Lastly, I also consider myself a Christian witch, which is why I often reblog Christian posts. I find comfort and peace in God and Jesus while having a more individual and unique understanding of them that the church doesn't provide. I believe in one mother/father God that is all things as well as a number of gods and goddesses who were born from God, including Yeshua and Sophia. While my practice is centered on the hearth, the earth, and the water, this is my spiritual foundation.
Everything on this blog will be SFW because I believe in modesty and respect for others. I will not post or reblog any immodest photos, and I will rarely if ever reblog any inappropriate language.
I'm open to questions and conversations, but please keep them respectful and kind.

I hope you have a great day!
