Star Trek: Deep Space Nine "Past Tense, Pt. 1"
Reblog if it's the same year as it was yesterday, 2024
An A Stitch in Time audiobook narrated by Andy Robinson was announced at today’s Sid City Social Club! The petitions worked!
one of my favorite small details about the little achievements video is this moment right here. in actuality a jokey way to explain the lack of prosthetics, yes, but the fact that they made julian’s reaction to garak asking if he likes the human look be such a firm “no, not a little bit. turn it off.” is so wholesome. no garak, wtf, where is my forehead spoon to kiss :(

I like to practice more realistic drawing styles by doing some screencap redraws once in a while. So, have a garashir :D (oh and please look at this on your computer and not on your phone, the colours look way better)
The winner for the best comment on First Contact Day right here 🤣
But then it really got complicated, especially when Garak’s addiction and despair began to surface. He needed someone to share it with.

“Has it ever occurred to you that I’m getting exactly what I deserve?”
“No one deserves this.”
Now that I think I finally got the exporting under control… I wanted to revisit an old style of mine (except digital instead of hand drawn) and what better place to start than with the Wire and all that Garashir goodness?
Still experimenting with Procreate, but I really like the way Julian came out.
don’t get me wrong, I LOVE discovery, but sometimes I wish it let itself be more silly yk? i just watched a ds9 ep where they essentially get trapped in a board game. and then it’s never mentioned again. it’s wonderful!!
can you imagine reno and stamets stuck in a glorified escape room losing their shit at one another while Tilly quietly solves the puzzle? I need more of that.
Yearning
A little angsty. Will Julian ever go?
am I hallucinating or are odo and quark stuck in a runabout reading porn together
Garak buddy you’re not fooling anyone
Little Achievements
A 20-minute Garashir play written and directed by me (@almaasi), performed live during the Sid City Social Club in August 2020.
Starring Alexander Siddig as Dr. Julian Bashir, and Andrew Robinson as Elim Garak, reprising their roles 20 years after ‘Star Trek: Deep Space Nine’ ended.
Also starring Irena Komunjer (@syaunei) as Dr. Renna Illa, Randy Roy as Colonel Randy, and Prerna as The Computer.
It’s queer, folks. Everyone involved had a great time and it shows. Enjoy.
