i dont know if youve already answered a question like this but i keep seeing your comics reposted to pinterest :( they dont often remove your signature but still. should i report them /genq (i dont know how you feel abt your stuff being reposted)

if the signature is not removed i don't really mind. It's the nature of posting art on the internet. Although on pinterest you can easily link back to the original image post so if people don't do that it's a bit shitty and lazy, but still i have my URL as my signature so it's not that bad. If it has been purposely cropped or removed tho then 100% you can report yeah

hey i’m not doing this to be an asshole but it is a bit disappointing to go to use your star trek picrew and seeing the body types available both being very skinny. as a bigger person i’d love to make one that could actually look more like me and not always have to slim myself

Look, one thing I regret is not having made more bodies or at least made the bigger body bigger at the begining. But i'm sort of stuck with this now as I would need to make even more alternatives to each piece of clothing (also in every colour available) for a new body, and it's already so cumbersome to do with three.

The thing is when I started this picrew I wanted to make it face focused because there is already so much stuff going on there. That's why the face is so big compared to the body, it wasn't supposed to matter except to show the uniform. You need to understand that all this is already insanely time consuming to do

Like I do get it, I do, when people complain about lack of diversity in picrews, be it this or skin coulour or hair types. I get it that it sucks not seeing yourself represented, especially when it's such a prevalent issue in different ways in society at large. I also get that it's easy for me to say as a skinny white person. But. Picrews are something people do completely for fun and for free. Like I said it is so much work. So I do feel like sometimes those criticisms come across as a bit entitled. Like there are a lot of things that this kind of criticism would be more productively directed at that some doll game a random person did during their free time, that nobody was even asking for, and offered to the internet. It's not like it's a professionaly made dressing game or avatar maker in a video game

I was thinking about your old post about how you thought racquetball and root beer were made up for Star Trek, and I feel the need to tell you that until very recently I thought parrises squares was real and that it was just the English name for that game where you throw around a little square bean bag (which I think is actually called hacky sack or cornhole or something?)

lol i had never heard of this game, but parrises square would definitely be a cooler name for it
