Our idea of perfection is deeply rooted within our own personal opinions and beliefs. It's all relative. Built from insecurities, things we perceive as unattractive, pieces of us that are broken, parts we want to exchange... Some are affected so much by this, that in their mind perfection is not a goal they can achieve. Screw that. Screw perfection. Get back to the basics, re-wire your way of thinking, and learn to love and appreciate yourself all over again. From there, you will build upon a foundation of self-love and acceptance, not negativity and bitterness. To me, it will always be about progress. If I ever believed that I attained perfection, that would mean there is nowhere else to go. The long journey is done. Nope, not buying that depressing shit. When we hit that goal, we go even bigger next round. We are always and forever going to be on a journey. 🌠Strive for PROGRESS and being 1% better than you were yesterday, and you are already coming out on top.✨
