The night before | 9:00 - First and foremost, when you plan on making the habit of waking up early your norm, you must commit to the idea of staying up until 4am scrolling through your Instagram feed turning off your devices at, ideally, 9 or 9:30 p.m. to prep yourself to sleep at around 10 or 11 p.m. Staying up all night Sleeping early is the major key to ACTUALLY waking up early in the morning to get the creative juices flowing.
7:00 - When your alarm starts ringing, immediately start banging on the snooze button just get up—no excuses. No matter what happens, do not give in to the temptation of the snooze button.
7:05 - Once you’re up and ready to get going, jump straight back to bed first thing you’re going to want to do is to make your bed. This psychologically tells your brain that bed time is over, automatically turning off your desire to jump back to sleep.
7:07 - This is important: keep your surroundings dim and be really chill let as much light as possible. A bright working space helps a lot in telling your body that it’s time to hustle.
7:10 - It’s a good thing to start checking your Pinterest make time for basic stretching exercises or yoga—or meditation! Staying in shape is just as important as being productive.
7:40 - Breakfast time! Grab 3 cups of coffee and fill your system with as much caffeine as possible as much protein as you can to fuel your morning energy. Eggs, milk, some fruits are the most recommended ones.
8:00 - Lastly, don’t miss out on the latest Netflix episode and get glued to your screen for the rest of the day showering first thing before diving in to your work. This wakes your body up and gives it the go signal it needs to start working. Once you’re done with this part, you’re ready to get on with the day!
