Although my heart is broken over what has happened to my friend, I’m in an odd state of peace. Sarah was such a warm soul that brighten the life of everyone she met or spoke to. The outpour of love and condolences across the internet really reflects the impact Sarah had on people. I’m so honored to have known her and to have had an over 3 years of friendship with her.

This picture was taken at 7 am in a Wawa parking lot. I had flown from Seattle to New Jersey and got to Sarah’s house at 1 am. We spent that night talking and just basking in the fact that we were together, in person, for the first time in 3 years. Somehow, with just a few hours of sleep and the impending drive I was taking from NJ to NY hanging over me, I was smiling and laughing in a Wawa parking lot at 7 am.

Because that’s what Sarah does. That bit of sunshine she gave to everyone can never be taken from us.

Hey yall, @we-all-have-a-storyyy has been missing since yesterday evening from Neptune City area. Sarah is from New Jersey but likes to travel to Toronto pretty regularly.
